With so many cooling/heating companies to choose from in our area, A/C Authority stands head and shoulders above the rest. Stellar customer service (a rare find in ANY industry these days), informative, communicative, courteous, thorough and prompt. Kyle, Dave and Krystal worked together seamlessly from estimate through installation and beyond to make this a pain free experience for me, with the additional benefit of digital monitoring for years of worry free maintenance. Kyle and Dave removed (and disposed of) the old system, thoroughly cleaned the installation areas, provided detailed photos of the rooftop installation so I didn’t have to go up there in the blazing heat, and took lots of extra time to acclimate me to using my new system. While supply chain issues are a problem in today’s post Covid climate, A/C Authority invested in free standing units to keep the clients comfortable until the client’s new unit can be installed. Forward thinking and proactive, Kyle and his crew are the best bar none.

Company very professional and the service was a 10. The A/C triggered an alert for high humidity a day later and the guys were there taking care of it making sure the new ac was running as efficient as it should. Kyle and Krystal run this business in a personal way. They pick up the phone, call you back in a timely manner if you leave a message and are professional and friendly. When you have an issue it immediately becomes their issue. Kyle came out to service my AC on a SUNDAY. I have a maintenance contract with them that is extremely affordable. That being said, the device call cost me nothing extra...despite being on the weekend. If you're looking for reliable and honest...look no further.

This was an unexpected surprise. Good customer service is hard to find. Kyle came and began the service call by first explaining the diagnostic tools he uses to detect issues. He then invited me to observe the process and shared my units performance results with me on a mobile application. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and ability to explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand. Finally, his charge for the call and repair was unbelievable. When an A/C goes out we always expect a bill that sets us back. This guy is more than fair and I’d definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.
