The technician arrived promptly on a Sunday afternoon after my emergency call. He examined the air conditioner very thoroughly, located the problem after examining all possible issues that could have caused the failure and was able to correct the problem with parts he had procured the very next morning, He explained all the issues clearly and effectively, placed the corrective parts and the air conditioner has worked perfectly and even better that it had performed earlier. The technician found issues in the original install years before that were incorrect. The air conditioner coil was also cleaned by the technician and treated with a non toxic biodegradable agent and the AC has been running normally, I definitely ordered an annual maintenance program with this Company, AC Authority to maintain the equipment. Excellent service, prompt and effective care at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this company highly to all potential AC customers in the service area.

Kyle was awesome. He was very detail oriented and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He went through everything step by step and was very thorough. He answered all our questions and provide the best customer service.

Our AC was suddenly shutting off. We called someone out and were told there’s nothing they could do, we needed a new unit. The guy was able to get it running but it didn’t last an hour. My huband replaced a couple simple parts and we were able to keep it running for one week before it quit again. This time for good. Being unemployed in a pandemic - panic set in. We need to get by for a little while. Upon recommendations on facebook we called A/C Authority and BOY i am so glad we did!! Kyle came out promptly and FIXED our system! He took the time to diagnose and it was the fan motor!!! Kyle checked the unit when done and says everything is running good and our system is in good shape ( it’s 14 years old ). When we are ready - they offer financing for a new updated and efficient unit. I would give this awesome company more than 5 stars if I could!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kyle and his Crew replaced the unit in the household we reside in. They did exception work! We are extremely pleased with his services and the products he uses. The products are definitely with the times. Sensors to know when you are home or not to keep the AC at a reasonable temperature throughout the day! Kyle’s work is detail oriented and thorough. The clean up was amazing as well!! Wouldn’t even know he was here. Except for the fact it is nice and cold 🥶😁

If I could give more stars I would, but I called this company on a Saturday evening and Kyle was at my home Sunday morning (turns out there are no added fees for weekend or evening call outs!) He not only took the time to explain everything he was going to do, but educate me on my system and what to look for. I signed up for the annual service plan that is designed to reward loyal customers. Smart, efficient, reliable and ethical, I will be recommending AC Authority to everyone I know.

Kyle and his staff are amazing. He is very thorough, upfront, and communicative. Definitely knows his stuff, he was able to repair a unit that most other technicians wouldn't have even bothered with. I'm super grateful to him and his staff for being so efficient, courteous, and helpful. 11/10

Excellent service! I call them and in less than 24hrs they come out a repair my AC unit. Quick, reliable, very professional, and a fair price for a good quality job.

Kyle is a pro at what he does. He explains everything in detail, on how to make the air conditioning perform the way its suppose to. Very knowledgeable, professional and does quality work. Highly recommended.

It was a Sunday we were suffering from the heat . They answered quickly showed up in less than an hour. Repair was explained to me took about an hour we are on the way to cooling off now . On top of that pleasant and professional.
