I can’t speak on the service of this company but the staff driving their company vehicles are ridiculous. On 9/6/22 I was merging in to I-95, there were 2 vehicles from this company merging on as well. They refused to let in and proceeded to almost run me into the guard rail and the driver was screaming out the window while driving crazy as heck. The area is congested and people need to be aware. This was totally reckless, irresponsible and unprofessional! Fast forward to today same 2 vehicles driving reckless with no regard to others in the same exact spot.

Had a scheduled service appt between 2-4 pm. Took a half day off of work to be there. At 2:05 received a call saying that the had some more pressing issues that had come up and had to cancel. I explained that I left work early and asked if they did weekend appts but was told only on an emergency basis which I’m sure would cost more money. I am disappointed that an exception could not have been made by giving me a weekend appt without the additional cost considering the circumstances.

Excellent service. I love my Lenox air-conditioner. We have had it since 2016. A/C Advantage does regular service maintenance. We have been so happy with our serviceman. We have had the same serviceman each time. He is very efficient and timely. He also gives great tips on monthly care for our air-conditioner. Tomorrow we are having an ultraviolet light installed in the computer section of the air-conditioner to prevent any mold from accumulating. This was suggested by our serviceman and with the high humidity in Florida I think this is an excellent suggestion.
I would also like to mention that the phone receptionist is awesome. She is very pleasant and schedules to our needs without a waiting period. Thank you A/C Advantage.

My Air Conditioner wasn't cooling right. This happened on a Thursday evening. Monday was Memorial day, so I waited until Tuesday to call. A person answered and assured me the man would be here between 1 and 3pm. He arrived a little before noon and did his thing. He was quick and thorough. He said my freon was low and added a little less than a pound. I am now enjoying a nicely cooled house. Thank you A/C Advantage! I highly recommend this company.

Would definitely not recommend this company. When our A/C wasn't working AC Advantage, who had installed the system the previous year, added coolant to our system in the morning and came back to add more in the afternoon when it wasn't cooling properly. They told us we probably had an underground leak. On a Saturday, less than three days later, system again not working and we had to call their weekend emergency phone # twice before a serviceman finally called us back and told us that we needed coolant, that we had an underground leak and that he'd have to call the office and get back to us. He never called back. My husband called on the Monday morning and talked with the owner who said, "You have an underground leak and I'll have to call you back." That's the last we heard from this company. The temperatures at that time were running in the low to mid 90's every day. We called another company and within minutes the serviceman discovered a leak in the coil in the compressor. Why AC Advantage couldn't see this is beyond us and we hope that no-one else gets the run-around and poor service that we received.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with A/C Advantage! I discovered mold in my air ducts. I called several other companies and they infomred me that they did not do duct work in attics during the hot season. A/C Advantage never said that temperature was an issue and they replaced all of it immediately as it was a huge health concern to my children. I HIGHLY recommend A/C Advantage to anyone needing AC services and equipment!

Jamie is very professional and accommodating to get someone out to fix problems as fast as possible. The repair people (Ken and Sean) are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They will go the extra mile to get an a/c unit up and running fast and suggest things that need to be done to keep it running smoothly! I would highly recommended them !!!
