My parents were traveling out of state and I called AC Authority. The tech that showed up was beyond helpful. He quickly (within 5 minutes) identified the issue and reviewed the options to fix it. After coming to a consensus on the best option he immediately began repairing the broken coil. Roughly twenty minutes later the leak was fixed and gas flowing into the system. The entire experience was wonderful, the customer service (the technician showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time), the efficacy to which issue was identified, and the professionalism of the technician. I can’t say enough not good; rather, great things about AC Authority. I highly recommend them.

I reached out in a hurry because of my AC. Krystal responded in minutes. Within minutes I had an appointment set up in a couple hours. I was sent notifications through out the whole time of when assistance would arrive. Kyle responded quickly and thorough as possible. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He went above and beyond in my eyes. Thank you both so much! Highly recommend them for all AC services.

Kyle was responsive, honest, prompt and EXTREMELY knowledgeable when reviewing our unit. He texted and called us to let us know he was on the way. He did not waste any time upon arrival. Kyle came back to do some work for me on an addition at my home. His knowledge of his trade and products, professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude are 2nd to none. He has my business, and being a building contractor, will always be referred to my customers.

What a wonderful service and company. Not only were they informing us of everything they were doing they taught us explained to us and made sure we understood everything about our unit how to properly use our unit and the benefits of the unit we ultimately decided on. They were extremely transparent on pricing and did thorough work I’m pretty sure my house was cleaner or when they left then when they arrive.

I initially used A/C Authority for a repair and was so impressed with Kyle's quick response and knowledge that I switched my maintenance plan from FPL Home services to A/C Authority. Reasonably priced, on time and explains and answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend them if you are looking for service or maintenance on your AC unit.

Kyle and his assistant were so kinda and understanding. Our A/C issue proved to be more complicated then a clogged pipe as originally thought. He didn’t charge for a service he provided us due to the issue not being as thought. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for my future services. Thank you Kyle

a real professional was just here. I am telling you I would not put my name or time out there if they did not prove themselves. we had an A/C person before A/C Authority that I would not recommend to my worse enemy if I had one. this company is the real deal. I ask them not to move because I don't want to go back to square one.

I woke up to no AC at 7am, called them at 8am and Kyle was at my house 10am. He diagnosed the fan motor, gave me the bad news with options. He always explains things thoroughly. He ran right out, got the part and I was cooling off by 11am. Awesome on all counts! You really can't afford not to use this company.
