We couldn't be happier with our new Gree A/C unit. Kyle and his teammate are very professional, courteous, and polite. They were very informative about our new system and explained everything in detail to us. He installed our new ecobee pro thermostat and set everything up for us. He left his work area clean and left no trash behind. We also would like to thank you for the military and first responders discount, it is greatly appreciated. We highly recommend A/C Authority.

We are using AC Authority for our semi annual maintenance and I have to say they have been great to work with. Kyle is very knowledgeable and explains everything in full detail. I wish we would have used them to install a new unit instead of the other company we went with.

Kyle and Paul are great! They explained everything they were doing and why, and also explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. They fixed our problem, and didn't push extra services on us that we didn't need. Definitely will continue to use them moving forward. Fantastic experience!

Kyle came out a year and a half ago to replace my compressor. From the first time I talked to him I felt I was dealing with a honest company that wasn’t out to take advantage of me not understanding home hvac. They made such a good impression the first time, after having another issue due to a power outage I felt safe contacting them. Once again on an old unit not a major problem, gave me some price options, and had us fixed that day for a reasonable price. Kyle was AMAZING!
We were in the process of moving into our new place and the ac was broken, we called the landlord and she wasn’t sure someone could get out here on a Sunday, and sure enough I get a call 45 minutes later letting me know that they are sending someone out to fix our ac.
Kyle was amazing he worked around all the moving chaos and fixed the problem in a timely manner along with communicating very well what the problem was and how he was going to be able to resolve it, and best of all he worked on a Sunday which is very very rare for companies nowadays!

South Florida is definitely a bit dicey when it comes to companies and their performance. This is by far a 5-star organization with incredible customer service, great response time, and ridiculously kind technicians (Shout out to Kyle). This is not hyperbole, it's rare to find customer service and timeliness this good in this area.

A/C authority always comes right out and figures out the problem with my AC within minutes! They are knowledgeable, answer any questions I have and they are always friendly and honest! I won’t use anyone else.

Kyle is very knowledgeable. His systematic troubleshooting found that a previous repair was done incorrectly. He rewired the system per the manufacture and resolved the issue.

Kyle and Team (Krystal, David and AC Authority Team) are great without any questions. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had and even helped make adjustments to my Nest thermostat after hours. I highly recommend AC Authority and will definitely keep them as my only HVAC team to handle my AC and Heating needs. Side note - Kyle is an AC guru and will explain in detail your issues and the fix he recommends. Huge thanks.
