This company has their act together. I had an issue with my A/C and they were at my house within 30 minutes. I didn’t even show him anything but told him about what the issue was and he immediately knew the problem. My house was pumping cold air throughout within 10 minutes. A/C Authority is by far the best out there, we were having issues with our house cooling and it turns out we had a big leak. We booked at night and they called us the next day asking if they could come out that day instead of waiting. They are honest and treat you like part of the family!! This a/c company is very technologically savvy! They came after hours on a weekend and fixed what another local company could not (and did so in minutes, not hours or days!!!). They brought an iPad with digital diagnostics that gave me exact readings and an analysis of my unit's issue. The other company was just trying things without a clue.
