Just came out for a free estimate. They were professional and friendly. Seemed to grasp the problem and issue (which had previously been diagnosed by another plumber). I guess I was looking for a better solution which they were unable to provide. Price was in line with the other estimate. Bottom line - I’m looking for someone who can think outside the box….

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. We had a leak under our bathroom sink and had to shut of the main water supply. We called Plumbing Troopers at 9:00pm and were told someone would call us back. We called again an hour later and were told that they were trying to contact the person on call but hadn’t heard back from him yet and they would call us back as soon as they heard from him. No response! Don’t say you have 24 hour service if you can’t deliver! I don’t know if they do good work or not, but their customer service sucks.

My overall experience with Plumbing Troopers was great! They sent Daniel out the next day, and thoughtfully called ahead to confirm he could arrive a few minutes early. Daniel was punctual and very thorough with his simplified explanation of what I was signing, what he would be doing, and what he had done. He was also very patient and relatable regarding my questions and provided useful recommendations. His light humor and reassurance also reduced my anxiety around it being a simple fix (I've had the issue for years and concerned I waited too long) and he outlined the next steps of it wasn't. In no time, he was finished and I was able to see an immediate difference in the way the water drained. I would definitely utilize this company again and request Daniel every time!

(P.S. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the first time I made the appointment, no one showed up and no one called. I had to reach back out for an update and to reschedule. Fortunately, I wasn't in the mood to research another and I would've missed out on having Daniel, who was awesome.)

Joe Tracy Came to my home and was courteous and displayed professionalism and fixed the issue with the garbage disposal. I will definitely use this company again if a plumbing problem arises. This gentleman deserves a raise⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dean is excellent. I met him a few years back and was very impressed with his work and honesty. I specifically requested him and although he has been promoted to management he came out to assist with the issue. It's rare to feel so confident in a technician.

Problem: My water bill spiked and the city of Margate sent me a personal letter to tell me about it.

What I saw at home: I heard what running water at my heater, and even behind the walls of my shower

What I did: I contacted a different company initially, and they told me it was a slab leak that would require about $3-5k to chase the leak down while removing tile/dry wall, as needed, until they could replace the leaking pipes.

So I did a little reading and wanted to find a company that had IR thermal tools to seek hotspots, since we identified this as a hot sided leak. Plumbing troopers were one of the few in my area that had this service. And when I called Dean arrived to my house. His solution was to simply reroute the hot side piping to outside of the house, rather than chasing the leak down with IR thermal. His solution made much more sense, financially and practically speaking. And he was able to isolate the problem, work his magic, and we had atleast one shower with hot water to hold us down until I could schedule a day off for the full repair.

The next week, Brian came by and handled the issue within 2-3 hours.

I am very grateful that Plumbing Troopers came to help. I feel as though their price was reasonable, and I appreciated the communication they had with me. They were prompt, on time, and very professional. I hope to never have to call a plumber again, but if I do Plumbing Troopers will be the first I contact. Thank you again for everything.
