Quality Air Conditioning Company

Everything about this company is positive. We hired Quality when we moved into our home 18 months ago, and got a preventive maintenance program on the AC system. Chris came out today to perform a service. He was on time, polite, clean and professional. Before leaving, Chris used a digital thermometer to check the temperature of the air flow coming out of the vents, and everything was performing exactly as designed.

We love Quality Air's service and have been using them for A/C service for 23 years. I have to believe that David D. is one of their best techs. He is respectful, personable and thorough. He figured out that it was the capacitor on the fan, not the fan itself, that caused the problem. It was extremely difficult to reach the capacitor that was tucked in behind the fan but he was able to pull it, test it and replace it in a more accessible location. Ben was the technician today to come and performed routine maintenance on our ac unit. He arrived on time and ready to work. I'm a disabled veteran and Ben was very respectful, professional and friendly. He kept me apprised of his progress throughout and when he was through, he showed me what he'd done.

This is the same company who installed the same ac unit about 18 months ago. I'm very pleased with them.

I called and made an appt yesterday, since my AC wasn't working and was given an appt today. I asked for their best guy and wanted to make sure they got the job done and they sent me the best. David Donaghy is super knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. He was able to find the issue and fix it, no excuses. He wired my unit properly and made sure to connect our UV light which the previous company stated they had done and lied. I'm super happy with their service and would definitely recommend David. I own a hot yoga studio in Boca and the heater broke. I called several companies to fix to no avail. When I called Quality, they helped me right away. David D. came to the studio and was professional, responsive and extremely helpful. He knew exactly the issue.
