Technician Jesus is professional and outstanding!

Another HVAC company performed work on our Air Handler on Friday afternoon. Minutes after they left, it failed to operate properly. Saturday that company refused to send a technician.

Jesus came that afternoon and quickly repaired the system and clearly explained to me issues and solution. He looked, acted and was most professional - in the future I will only call Quality Air-conditioning (properly named) and ask for Jesus.

I would highly recommend this company to everyone. From start to finish every conversation was very professional. The tech was very nice and very straight forward with cost and that is super important to me. You will not be dissapointed.

Wonderful company!!! Great service, my AC went out on the weekend, called on Sunday morning and a tech was out by 2pm.
Needed a part which he couldn’t access until Monday, David, my tech was professional, on time, very knowledgeable and helped me to make an informed decision to replace my entire unit, that’s 9 years old.

The AC in our office does not work, I called Quality AC, the customer service send the technician the same day. When Jesus arrived, he used a heavy ladder, went to the roof, checked the unit, explained the problem and provided us a solution to fix the problem. In less than an hour, we had cold air coming to the office. We are very happy with Qualify AC professional work and the knowledge of the technician. The price is much reasonable than the other company quoted. We will definitely contact Qualify AC for all our future AC work.

From the scheduling person to the tech that arrived at my condo everything was perfect. Could not have asked for more! Work was completed in professional manner and system is working better than ever. Highly recommend them!!!!!
