Follow up!!!
After the post, the service manager was very concerned about our issue as well as the general manager, and they are working on the prompt solution.

MOST RECENT:
Unfortunately since September I have interruptions with the AC functioning (not cooling properly). Four technicians already came to my house and no solutions. Yesterday finally someone said we needed a part, and now will take 5 days to come when Fort Lauderdale is full of AC warehouses (even around my house)
While trying to contact the manager because the AC is still in guarantee, it is the most impossible task! The secretary always answers she emails the manager and he will return call, something that never happens.
I am very sorry the good work done with the installation is now shadowed by the service and customer service.

I am very pleased with this company. Found it by chance and I am glad I did. Same day I contacted them, the comfort specialist Juan was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. More important no hidden messages with numbers like I had before with other companies. The installation had some issues because the equipment was old, however Whitley and Ronel exceeded the expectations. They had to come twice and work an entire Saturday to get things done and make my house cool again. In addition to that Whitley came again to give finish touch to the installation, always professional answering all questions. Happy and satisfied client here.

Had a new system installed today and thermostat wasn’t working correctly when the left. I called the service department and they had Jesus here within the hour and he fixed the issue.

Great service and great job. Jesus is a great asset to this company.

The ac at my home went out over July 4th. The regular company I used was unable to come out. I googled ac companies in my area and just randomly started calling. Quality Air was the first available. I have never used a repair company without a referral, but I am so glad I found them. They are honest, professional, and accommodating. I had such a great experience that when the AC at my business went out over the weekend they were my first call. Once again they were helpful, transparent, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Jesus Villalobos was extremely professional, responsive, and knew everything there was to know about my unit and thermostat. He explained everything to me very easily and showed me step by step what he was doing. I would highly recommend him and Quality Air conditioning Company to anyone as they are the best in the business and i thoroughly enjoyed my service they've given me!

Our AC was installed in 2006 by a small company. When the owner retired in 2018, he moved his client list to another provider. I used them for a few minor repairs, as well a yearly maintenance call ONE WEEK ago. When my AC fan stopped working, I called to get them to come out and fix the problem.
Much to my surprise, they were unresponsive. and the office manager was downright hostile. I was stunned and while I won't name them in this review, you can BET I will be very blunt in my separate review of THEM.
So, I took a chance and called Quality, which seemed to have good reviews and no pending litigation -that I could find by snooping around. The customer service rep, Kelly, was very sympathetic and professional. I was assured that I would be contacted by a technician between 2-6 PM, same day. I was hopeful that was true.
At about 2:30, the technician-Andras-called and said he was on his way. He arrived at 3:05 and immediately diagnosed the problem. Despite having to wait out a few rain delays, he worked on the unit and got it up and running. He also recommended another repair but did not have the parts with him. We agreed to have him return the nest day. But let me emphasize--he FIXED the problem, but offered us another repair that really seemed reasonably priced and would help prolong the life of our unit.
When you have a 2006 AC, you steel yourself for the worst. It was reassuring when the company-specifically Andras-put my fears to rest and simply fixed the problem. There was no hard sell for the second repair. I made the decision because we have taken excellent card of our AC and faithfully had it serviced every year or more since 2008, when we bought the house.
I whole heartedly recommend Quality. Every team member I interacted with was pleasant, calm and professional. When I have a problem in the future (and I WILL. It's 15 years old!) I will call Quality and ask for Andras. Don't bother with the competitors and their silly songs and sappy commercials. Call Quality!

Mohammad and Henry were outstanding. Before starting they came up with a game plan on how the install was going to be done. There were no bumps into the wall or marks anywhere. They cleaned up meticulously when finished. I would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone who asks.
