I've been using Quality Air Conditioning Company for AC Maintenance for over 20 years. Living in a Condominium it is important to have a Maintenance Contract. They come 2 times per year, perform the maintenance, record the date and time on my units and contact me if there are any issues that need to be addressed. It's great because they take care of everything before there is a problem.

Recently, I replaced one Unit. Dave was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and provided me with a written estimate of my options. It wasn't hard to decide to move forward with Quality for the purchase and installation of a new unit because after so many years of great service, I had every confidence in the company. Also, I knew the price quoted was very fair. I was put on the schedule with very little wait time. The two technicians were prompt, experienced and professional. The job went smooth and I have a brand new unit that works great !! I'm a long-time satisfied customer and would recommend Quality to my family and friends without hesitation.
