The BEST AC company ever. In Florida, not having AC means that you can't stay in your home, or that mildew will set in. It's not an inconvenience, it's major and Quality Air handles your call and your concerns exactly that way. Customer care is drilled in from the top down. The service techs are great. The arrive on time, or call if they get delayed on a job. If you have a particularly unusual problem, the service manager himself will show up and the problem is solved. Everyone cares about the customer. I am incredibly loyal to them as a consumer because they are incredibly loyal to me as a customer. I trust them to do a great job and I have recommended them to my family and my friends.

I have used quality air conditioning on my home and several condos for over 30 years and I’m so happy with their timely accommodations and good work. They have both installed and repaired several different kinds of units in my homes. I have maintenance contracts with them for all this time. You will be happy if you use this company and their professionalism.

I requested another company to service and give feedback on both systems, as the technician stated that we would need thousands of dollars worth of work, including replacing parts that have never been an issue with other companies. As such, needed other companies to comes out and check the units. None have provided the feedback that required thousands of dollars.

They replaced our entire A/C system for an excellent rate! Beat our next lowest bid by nearly $2000! And their work was great! We had Donald and Mohammad guys were very polite very hard working and motivated to get us up and running. I would strongly advise you give them a call if in need.

I picked Quality Air to replace an older unit. I had cheaper offers but picked Quality Air because of its many favorable reviews. this was one of the best decisions that I have made. It took less than 2 days from the time that I had a detailed written proposal from Shaddi (sales rep) unitil the unit was installed. The 2 man installation team arrived at the scheduled time with all necessary parts and had the old unit replaced before the day was up. The installers were polite and very professional. They left my premises in a spotless condition with the new unit working properly. It was truly a satisfactory experience.

Have been using Quality A/C for all my air conditioning installations and maintenance for 20 years. Very recently needed a UV bulb replaced so that the air being drawn in to the A/C would continued to be purified. On my first call, the scheduler quickly and professionally arranged a field technician to respond in only three days. He was right on time, wore a mask and gloves, brought two different bulbs, making sure he had the correct replacement and was in and out in 20 minutes. The scheduler followed up with a phone call inquiring if the technician was on time and then with another call asking if I was pleased his work. She and the technician were both a pleasure to work with and I was more than satisfied with the whole process! :))

HVAC maintenance today May 5. Besides normal maintenance, Wobens cleaned the intake vent, which was very dirty. I asked if existing humidistat could be removed, and he did. He also told me about adding white vinegar to the AC line quarterly to avoid sludge build up in line. Wobens is courteous and helpful,. Great customer service!
