Referred by a friend and I’m so glad they did. They initially came out for AC repair because my brand new AC wasn’t working(installed by another company I won’t use anymore). They diagnosed and fixed in one shot. Since then I have even had an issue with a mini split unit part breaking. They sourced the part quickly and repaired perfectly. Very dependable with great results and good prices. I would refer to anyone needing a great HVAC company.

David D was wonderful. He helped us to install a new thermostat then went above and beyond by helping us to download the app. On our phones And making sure we understood it. Our thermostat had a few glitches he called the manufacturer and thought she was difficult to understand he was kind and patient. He also had to run new wires that somehow got stuck in the wall. Honestly it wasn’t your normal job and he never lost his cool. Very professional.

David D was a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He had all the tools and materials needed to make a speedy repair. Would highly recommend him and Quality Air again.

I purchased a new heat pump through Juan Perez. Juan was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my details/needs. Very easy to work with and helped me research the best equipment and tax incentives.
Alfred and John performed the removal of my old equipment and installation of the new heat pump, replacement of old valves, insulation, switches and thermostat. They were: on time, very professional and yet friendly, neat & very careful while paying attention to the details ensuring everything was done really well.

Quality Air is indeed the BEST!! And this is because of its expert technicians. My A/C was leaking water and I was referred to Frank Garcia who discovered that the leakage was coming from the above apartment and not my apartment. He was quick, very thorough, explained every procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. Totally amazing!!!

Called Quality Air. Got a quick appointment to install a new thermostat. David D come to my condo. He was quick, clean, and helped me set up my new wifi thermostat in just 5 minutes. Before he left tested my system to make sure everything was up and running.
