Christopher serviced the air conditioning units in two of our homes and did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable about the systems, very professional, and checked everything out (including the batteries in the thermostat)!

From my first contact until the quick arrival of the technician, service was great. My tech Matt Orlando advised me of his ETA and was right on time. He was very polite and knowledgable. Not only did he fix my issue but he explained the unit to me and advised on proper use of settings. Once the repair was completed he explained the maintenance and service plans available and gave his advise on which was best for me and why. He even contacted the office directly to help get me all the info possible. He was great and I have signed up to be a regular maintenance and service customer largely due to his professionalism. We actually had another company out first but they were so slow in responding that we decided to go with Quality Air. James and Alfredo did a great job with the installation.
