I met this gentleman Chris Toro in a hotel lobby while waiting for my food. He was very respectful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions about a/c and I would 100% call this company for any a/c related issues I would have. I am also recommending my friends and family to use this service.

Quality installed a new A/C Unit for our Florida Unit 2 years ago
I received a call from our building that the A/C unit was not working.
I contacted Quality Air & they sent out Tech David the very next morning. He resolved the problem & had the A/C up & running by noon.I'm very pleased with the prompt response by their team to get my A/C up & running again

my technician Christopher Toro did a great job on maintenance but more importantly he educated on the A/C and components and functions and answered all my questions..

Today Quality Air came to us twice, first Christopher Toro came to do our filter replacement maintenance and also triple checked our whole system just to be helpful, and advised us that our system was not cooling properly.

Quality Air got another tech, Adonys Morrobe to come out the same day and fix our problem, again he went above & beyond, and gave us great advice for when we eventually need a new ac unit as well.

This is why we have used Quality Air for 20 years, they just don't let you down, and most would agree, that's hard to find these days :)

I called for service on an inoperable air conditioner at 8:15 this morning. Q A/C had a superb technician, David Donaghy here by 10:30 AM. Outstanding service from an outstanding team.

David D came out to service our unit which hadn’t been gone in awhile. He walked me through what was doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Technician Frank was excellent. He identified the problem quickly, resolved it, and explained the process for me. I would definitely recommend him and Quality Air.
