Josh was great! He explained why the water heater failed inspection and then fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. He was on time , professional and personable. He moved everything back where it belonged and left the area spotless Highly reccommend this company and Josh.

I am a very picky person, but I have just wonderful things to say.
Starting that I saw the plumbing troopers’s beep the horn in the traffic, the technician “As”open the window and was very nice to talk to me and give me some helpful information.
I called the company and they was able to give me a same day appointment.
Jacob rhinehardt and Ray Ingram from plumbing troopers was on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind.
They explained everything and solved my issue very fast.
Finally water was back on and bathrooms working!

I have a gas leak, and the guy didn’t come prepared with the gas leak detector. Then wanted $700 for testing. But he had to go back and get the machine. You guys need to be honest and tell your customers upfront there’s a $700 fee for testing a gas leak.

Jacob was patient and explained every step of the repiping job. He was extremely professional. He has fantastic manners and respected our family and our home. We were very comfortable with Jacob in our home and so was our dog!
