I was on the verge of tears after an individual did a very bad job on my kitchen sink and I did not have water for 3 days!! everyone I spoke with waas so helpful and understanding, It felt like I was dealing with family! Plumber Logan checked the water pressure problem only outside of the property not inside and suggest to replace outside pipe he quoted $1650. $1200 after barging. Fortunately he didn’t do the following days as he said having emergency work. After I found another handyman to check the issue he diagnosed to suggest flushing water heater and replace kitchen faucet charged $450. After he did the water pressure cone out normal. I suspect Plumber Logan if he is professional or not. Only checking outside can judge the problem?

Jessie & Keto took great care of us. They took a complicated subsurface issue left from a years ago sloppy installation and put in not just a repair, but proper support joints.
An after the repair issue came up and they took full responsibility, came out right away, took care of it completely.

Thermostat needed battery change,ac unit did not turn on tech said it was dirty drain he vacuum it and charged 205.00 dollars to vacuum for 1 min. He also tried to see if he could make us spend unessecary money on other problems he made up saying it would cost 800 dollars to clean coils. He left problem is still unresolved ac unit turn off does not respond to thermostat and the problem is even worse because now it's leaking water ever since he touched it.

Late to job around 10:45 am scheduled for 8am. Job was not completed. Did not put things back as they originally. Buyer beware read your contract make sure it included putting items back as they were and not just replace pipes

Your technician was excellent. The issue was the absurd cost for installing a garbage disposal, a faucet and connecting the dishwasher. I understand you have to make a mark up, but your average National price is completely out of reality. If your company wants to stay in the market, your services must go down a lot.
