H. P. Louis was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful, in his service to our air conditioner. He was able to explain, as well as, do an exceptional job of repair.

Jacob was extremely knowledgable of water leak issues, and very thorough in his targeted approach to confirm the problem of the slab leak, and narrow the location of the pipe break as the source of the leak. He did pressure testing of the water main pipe to confirm the leak is in the interior slab, and additional testing to narrow the cause to the cold water water pipe, and confirmed the number of gallons per hour it is leaking. Jacob will be returning tomorrow with a supervisor for sonar testing of the slab to help further narrow the exact area of the slab leak.

This is my 2nd maintenance with Air America, and I requested JR. Just like I remembered, he was kind and informative about the work he performed. I will certainly continue to do business with this company.

Had Jacob come to my house to repair 2 leaking sinks and a leaking toilet. Not only was he on time and very professional, he took care to answer all of our questions and walk us through the process before doing anything. He managed to fix all of our issues in one visit and we haven't had an issue since. Would highly recommend this company.

I called in because I thought my hot water wasn’t working. The technician came and checked the kitchen faucet and said the set up of the lines were switched where the hot was where the cold should have been and the cold where the hot should have been. I asked him if he could switch them back to the way they should have been and he told me he’d have to change me an additional $150. I had already paid $100.00 for him to come out and do absolutely nothing. I will NEVER use this company again. The switching would have taken all of 5 minutes. What a disgrace,

We hired this company for a large job, to replace the sewer line and make two water meters on May 5, 2022. We paid the 50% deposit of $10,000 immediately upon signing the contract. Work began soon after on May 18th. Initially, they were very communicative and sent out reminders that they will be coming to the property. They excavated the sewer line connection in the back of the property. However, in mid June there was a drastic change in the communication and it was clear that our repair was on the back burner. Whenever we called the office it was evident that no-one knew what was going on. It would take multiple calls and speaking to multiple project managers to find someone who would give answers. They never returned to the job independently without us calling them. Eventually, they stopped answering the phone and would just show up the next day because they ran out of excuses for us. For example, we would call on Tuesday and they would not answer but would get a message saying that they were coming on Wednesday. We also had major issues with the permitting. We were clear upfront that we wanted the project to be performed with all appropriate permits. When we asked about the status of the permit, it was clear that they forgot to get the permit. It seemed like they did not know how to do the permits. They had us function as a permit runner for them, we had to pick up the permit application from their office and bring it to the city, despite living over an hour away we did this to get the job done. Later when following up with them regarding the permitting they lied to us several times saying that they were waiting on the final inspection. When we verified with the city we would get the real answers: they repeatedly failed inspections (three times!) and there were several steps that were left in the process. They would say over and over again that the project will be done next week. Due to their dishonesty, the only way we knew the actual status of the job was by calling the city and they would explain the remaining steps. Our back yard remained open from the excavation for almost 6 months. In the end they did pass inspection and completed the job on November 7th. After no communication, they called requesting payment, no apology at all. We requested a reduction in the final bill, from 10k to 8k, they did give 1k off but threatened to charge interest if we didn't pay in a few days. We paid promptly. Imagine if we took over 6 months to make this payment like they took to get the job done. This company has serious organizational issues and the ownership has no class. I would never use them again.

Two guys at my property to fix a shower that won’t work. They replaced the cartridge rebuilt the valve and it still doesn’t work. It was $800 for this and it still doesn’t work. Now they’re saying it needs a new valve and that’s going to be an additional $1400 to fix my shower. The parts for this are less than $100. Complete highway robbery it’s $400 more than another company to replace the valve and I still have a shower that doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend these people if they were the last company on earth I would rather go wash in a river.
