The gentleman who came out was very nice, but the problem is I did not schedule an appointment with this company. I had called to ask for a technician to speak with. I never scheduled an appointment.

It is rare in South Florida to find such a quick and honest company. Their response time is incredible and their prices are fair. Scotty has been the plumber helping us and he is a joy. Really nice guy and knowledgeable, always on time.

The company picks up the phone with professionalism and calls me back, for every little detail. They took so much care, I highly recommend.

Steve from Air America responded quickly to my call for service. Once he arrived he trouble shot my ac system and quickly found a blown fuse. Changed them fast and then checked my entire system to make sure all was functioning correctly. What a terrific guy he is. He was friendly and very good at his job. Thanks very much!!

This was the best technician I have ever met since I was doing repairs on my property and the best Company. Ace the technician was wonderful, professional and was on time to fix my leak in the garage. His job speaks for itself in every way and when he was done he cleaned up my garage that you would never know a job was done. He installed my new pipes so neat and in order. I just love the job done by Ace and the Company. Plumbing Troopers is the best.

Jacob was great - very professional knowledgeable and friendly. He did a terrific job and explained everything along the way. Very happy with his work.

In the past they were okay, but this time was a disaster. The guy caused the neighbors to call police, and company took him off the job. He was rude, and a poor communicator. Refused to talk to utility company about possibly being an outside issue. Tenants did not get the problem resolved over the Weekend. Monday another plumber went, and it seems to be resolved. The good thing is they took Guido off the job. He was totally inappropriate.

Not sure were to begin- Plumbing Troopers is a horrible business. First, they came and gave me an estimate, I felt was a high price, then came back and gave me a discount. When I signed the estimate to start the work. They called me back and said they want to go back to the original price. Okay no problem. Then I signed the original estimate. They called me again and wanted another Technician to come out to look again. I have called this company 6 times- They gave me the run around. Awful business!! I ended up calling another company, they are doing the same exact job for $1,800.00 less than their price. Stay far from this company!
