They installed a new AC unit in 2020 & since then have been out every 3 months to fix issues. Each time telling me it’s not under warranty & charging me. Due to our condo association, I’m forced to use them. The last tech was beyond rude! When I asked him how he was doing (out of common courtesy) he responded “better than you”. One tech forgot his glasses then proceeded to tell me he needed to weld. Another tech said just to leave the temp at 78 degree 24/7. Which we did & they still needed to come out 3 months later. They sold us a lemon & have reaped all the benefits of numerous service calls. They’re not good/moral people.

We had a new air conditioner installed for $5285.00. It should have been installed with 2, 3ft hoses. Instead the installer use 1- 3ft hose and 1-6 ft hose. Over the course of the next 10 months the unit kept over heating and shutting down. The owner blamed the unit and replaced it at a cost to me of an extra $2,105.74 which included having to shut down the main cooling tower of the condominium complex. That worked for 2 months and then it started having the same problem again. Over heating and shutting down. I call an independent HVAC specialist who took one look and determined the problem was the 6 ft hose which was too long and caused it to twist and lay on the floor, collect debris, clog and you guessed it... OVER HEAT! This same thing happened to two (2) different units. I finally called and asked them to takeoff the two different size hoses and put on the type of rubber hose that the older unit had of the same length, we haven't had a problem since. I called the owner and told him the problem was in installation and not a bad unit and I wanted my extra $2105.74 back. He spend the next 20 minutes telling me he was the best HVAC guy in the world and what I said was impossible! Could never happen, and even if a judge ordered him to pay me, he wasn't going to because he knew he was right! I said, how is it possible that the same issue happened to two different units? He said it was a coincidence. With all the overheating of both units we've had approximately 12 visits from their techs and all the worries and frustration that goes with having no air-conditioning in Southern Florida, just waiting for the mold to develop and ruin my newly remodeled condo. Run, don't walk away from this company. Save yourself, money and hours of frustration.

I am so deeply grateful to have found this company. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST. I was quoted an insanely high price for a job on my A/C. Not only did Coastal accomplish the same job for a lower price but they accomplished it in record time. Courteous and polite and really understanding, Tony Plastini not only got with me frequently over the phone but pledged to resolve my problem without stressing me out. Curtis the technician who came to my door was also extremely courteous, extremely knowledgeable and you could tell by the way he handled the machine that he had been doing it for years. Natalie the one at the front desk was also ever so helpful and courteous. I AM SOLD ON THIS COMPANY and will NEVER seek another Air Conditioning Company again. God bless you all at Coastal and THANK YOU. I also plan on getting a yearly maintenance contract with them. Highly highly recommend them. Lovely lovely people.

I have been using Coastal Comfort for years for my A/C maintenance because they are always on-time, thorough and professional. As with all machines recently my A/C died (it came with the house). I ordered a Lennox system from Coastal and they came and installed it. To my surprise there was something wrong with the unit (a manufacturing defect - hey, even Rolls-Royce occasionally screws-up). Though it took three visits, two experts and sophisticated electronic diagnostic equipment to lock in on the problem, Lennox stepped up and said not to fix the unit at all; they said to remove it and they sent over a brand new machine. Wow! Coastal Comfort came, removed the defective compressor, replaced it and now everything is perfect. Double wow!! Lennox reflects the best of the industry and Coastal Comfort reflects the highest form of professionalism and pride of work. What could have been a nightmare turned into a refreshing and ultimately a "cool" experience. Thank you, Esras, Mike R. and Kyle. Readers who are looking for a recommendation - I cannot encourage you more forcefully and confidently to use Coastal Comfort. If there were 10 stars for a review I'd give it to them.

We were ripped by a complete incompetent crook company, what a difference has been to deal with a real company, we found you in a church bulletin, and you sent us Jesus, (it felt like a miracle) he was not only professional but very helpful and kind!! our ac is back,Very Grateful!

Coastal Comfort repaired our AC. The job was very challenging, involving difficult attic access and manufacturer’s defective parts. Our service technician, Jason, was incredibly skilled and persistent, not to mention a super nice guy. His assistants were first rate. They really cared about our problem and the dislocation it caused. They fixed our AC when others probably would have given up. The price was very fair. They were always on time and very considerate. I couldn’t ask for a better service than we got from this company and we plan to use them for all our projects. So grateful!

Can't say enough about how ethical and customer service oriented this company is. I live in Texas part of the year and they made my AC replacement in my Fort Lauderdale condo smooth and painless. They will always get my referrals.

Wow! A ac company that shows up and knows what they are doing. I have used other ac companies before and I have been highly disappointed ☹️. But coastal comfort made me rethink ac companies use them make the right choice.
