Custom Air Designs

Contacted Jessica at Custom Air Designs for my yearly check up to keep my 10/10/10 warranty in effect from Goodman and Custom Air Designs. I purchased a Goodman 3 ton package unit in 2011. Very good communication on the time set to come out. Joey arrived on time and was professional and we discussed other options for when I need a new unit. This company has a new owner and looks like they are reestablishing quality and performance.

The fellows who did the work were respectful and nice, always returning furniture to original locations, tidying up after work and showing up when they said they would. The owner and Jessica also kept me informed as to time lines. Overall a very positive experience!

Owner went out of his way to stop by after hours to try and assist, found problem and sent his techs out first thing with the parts to make the repair. Tech's were knowledgeable and did the job!

Too many things to list.. the owner has at least 4 open law suits against his company, he can't pull a permit in his own business name, his accounts at the supply houses are all frozen, had to pay me in 2 checks saying " don't cash the 2nd check until Sunday so the deposit I just made goes through. Finally got away from the madness and now he's avoiding giving me my W2 & it's already Feb 19th
