    Samantha. Thank you for sending Albert to assess the air conditioning issue. The manufacturer made a mistake. The unit was stamped to use a 20 inch wide air filter right the slot would only accommodate a 19 1/2 inch wide air filter. That size air filter is not made commercially. It can only be obtained by custom made. Albert was able to widen the slot forcefully and the 20 inch air filter will now fit. Even though the 20 inch air filter is technically 19 3/4 inch wide. It still would not fit unless Albert readjusted the unit . Albert took some pictures and was going to show them to you so you could let the manufacturer know of their mistake. MICHAEL BRADLEY.

    Albert was my technician. He is great and very knowledgeable. I trusted everything he was telling me. My unit is 12 years old which they tell installed. It still hanging in there and most importantly. I have air now. I would not go to anyone else only Natal.

    Problem with split unit a/c. Went out Friday night. Called Saturday morning but they are closed on the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning. Told them the error code on unit. Couldn’t come out Monday and no available at home until Friday. Appointment set for Friday. Get a call on Friday that tech called in sick. Tech comes on Saturday, looks at error code and says he has to order a new motor. Monday was a holiday so couldn’t be ordered until Tuesday.. now over a week later on Wednesday tech comes to house. After 10 minutes says “boss, it’s not the motor it was a loose wire “. He connects and is fine. He says my call, replace the motor or leave the old one. I was told was. under warranty. I said you may as well replace since you have it and it’s under warranty. He say okay you just have to pay labor. I said okay. He was here for under one hour. I went to pay him and he told me it would be $550.! I said for one hour of labor? I had already paid him $110 on the first day he came out. So now we are talking they want to charge a total of $660. He finally took off the $110 for the day he came out and did absolutely nothing. They had the error code the first day I called. They wasted a lot of my time for something that could have been fixed on the first day out. So it cost me $440 for less than one hour labor on a part that was Uber warranty. Also I had no a/c for nearly 3 weeks. Will never use Natal again. BEWARE!

    We purchased a brand new American Standard a/c system, and after maybe one year of good use, we have experienced almost daily, if not weekly shutdowns of the system (all seasons). It loads up with water and I need to drain the line with my hvac all the time, despite maintaining it with regular periodic liquified line cleaning solution and filter changing. We don’t even leave the system running constantly, leaving it on automatic and lowest at 74 to 76 degrees. We have a second a/c system purchased from someone else for our house over 7 years old and not a single problem. When I call Natal to tell them about the issues with the 3 year old system they sold to us as new, they always say it’s just due to condensation. Obviously, there has to be more to it than that simple explanation/excuse. They even sent a guy out to look at my system twice, did the same thing I do, and charged me $200 each time. Beware of Natal, in my opinion, they should honor their customers’ issues with newly purchased and installed systems, and at least determine the root cause of the issue, without giving the same excuses and charging more every time for someone to come out and do nothing more than I already do. Very, very extremely disappointed in our purchase from Natal despite their otherwise pleasant sales people.

    Have worked with Natal for many years. They are reliable, trustworthy, excellent at what they do and offer, willing to problem solve with me, and they ever provide personal focus and support when it comes to customer service. We've had a history of tricky issues with our various AC units over the years, based on where we are positioned within our condo building and having to utilize a shared water source with the building. Natal has been able to get to the bottom of these issues every time...no stone left unturned. I rely upon Natal for all our AC needs!
