License To Chill

Were able to fix an issue with my mini split after several other AC companies told me they would not come out to take a look. Very informative and friendly technician, the price was reasonable and the repair seems to be working. Will definitely use them again!

Mike and the team at License to Chill have done a great job trouble shooting an issue with our 18 month old unit and worked to get it replaced for us. They are always responsive and provide high quality, professional service.

We suddenly found out our air conditioning was not working and needed repairs right away. Having recently relocating from Connecticut to Punta Gorda this past July we didn't know anything about central A/C as we didn't need it up North, We had called two HVAC but neither could come out for several days. We called License to Chill, and left a message. Within a couple of hours we got a call back and said they could come out the following day in the afternoon.
The next morning Jason called and said he could come over by 9a.m. Our unit was very old which we knew but Jason said he could try to find parts. My husband and I decided a new system is what would be needed.
I could go on and on, but there is several things I want to say. First of all, Jason. Jason answered all of our questions and concerns. He is so caring. We were able to get a unit and have it installed the same day and I mean it was an all day affair. Jason and the rest of the crew that came to help really went above and beyond. By 6p.m. we were up and running. Thank goodness! Chris, you have a fantastic crew and Mark and I thank you and Jason and the guys.

I took several quotes from other well known contractors in town and License to Chill was only one to come out prior to inspect what I needed, answered all my questions and concerns and I didn’t have to pull teeth to get a formal quote. Very professional, on time and all a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them highly. Kudos to Michael who gave me quote options, Jessica in front office who did all the paperwork including permits, and techs Oscar, Javi and Travis who did the installation.

Just when you think you might have to spend a long weekend without AC, License to Chill will come your way and do everything they can to resolve your problems. From Jessica in the office, to Henry and Oscar in the field, to Terry and Carolyn the owners, everyone has a "can do", cooperative manner. AC is a necessity in South Florida and the good people at License to Chill take that need seriously. I've relied on them for more than ten years and they have taken very good care of me. Very professional technician. Called to say he was on the way, arrived on-time, courteous, explained billing options. Thorough and took time to explain what he had done and why.

The guy came out fast same day. He checked for leaks in the AC and did a recharge of the gas. Very nice guy.
