My friend highly recommended this AC company. The owner Terry came over and gave me a honest evaluation of my current 15 years old Trane XL19i system. Once I spoken to him for 15 min i can feel it this is a good company to use. In turned out he also servicing over 5-6 persons in the hospital that I work for. He told me my AC still has some life left and no need to rush out get a new system. He recommended me to sign up the biannual maintenance plan which I did. Today Michael came over and serviced my system. He was very polite and professional. He explained in detail what he is going to do.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with this company.

I have used License To Chill for years. The first time was an emergency repair (being without a/c in the middle of August feels like an emergency) and they came the same day. Since then i have had a contract with them. They schedule and come out twice a year to check and maintain my a/c as well performing sudden repairs. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been professional and courteous. Pedro has been assigned my contract and he always does a thorough job!

I have used many other AC companies. Found License to Chill a few years ago and they are great!t The owners really work with you and help you. They are always responsive, professional, helpful and most importantly personable. AC is so important living here. They have helped trouble shoot and fix our AC when other companies were just telling us to do a big repair job. I always call them and use them for my maintenance every 6 months.

This is my best experience with an AC company ever. Our AC was not blowing - the fan had gone bad the whole fan motor and blower from the unit was replaced .. From the first call every interaction was polite and super helpful. Oscar came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem in minutes, explained the issue to me and had the parts in his truck to repair the issue on the spot. I called for an appt., they scheduled it promptly, they arrived when scheduled, did work required neatly and efficiently. Gave advice on maintenance and was reasonable, especially for annual service twice a year for two units.
