I had to have a A/C repair. I had another company come that Friday. Person was here less then 10 mins by morning A/C was not working again. I called this company and spoke to Mike, he told due to Covid 19 they weren't doing 24/7 service. But I explained my situation, Mike told me we will call me back, see what he can do. His on call guy Frank said he will come. This is already around 8pm. Frank came, was here for about 2 hours. making sure the a/c was working correctly. He fixed the problem. Explained everything to us. I was so happy, I'm almost 8 months pregnant in this Miami heat with no a/c. I would've died. Thanks Mike and Frank. They found and new costumer!!!! I recommend them to anyone in south Florida who have any A/C issue. Professional and caring...Thanks again!

Could not have picked a better a/c company they managed to not only educate me on what type of a/c system I needed at my house but also had a flawless installation of my new unit and I live in a condo so problems come with the territory but RCI was ready to resolve any issue left behind by the old unit. Truly there are no words that can explain how satisfied I am with RCI company especially the treatment from Elier the tech who honestly made us feel like family and Mike the owner of RCI who made sure everything was coordinated perfectly without flaws.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
The specific work performed was to seal a Freon 22 leak in the outdoor coils of a 14 year old Trane XL15 unit. We had our previous a/c contractor out here in May, and they never even attempt to tell us there was a problem. Then I contacted another highly rated (by Yelp & Google) local company. It took them (Nationwide) two trips and $500 worth of Freon refill, to find out that they recommended a complete system replacement, because these aluminum lines to the coils could not be fixed.
I finally turned to Trane.com and found RCI Air Condition. Called them early this Monday, explained the issue to Mike. He dispatched a Tech to my house within the hour as promised. Lazaro the tech quickly discovered the leak and explained my options and a solution to repair it. I gave him the OK and in 2 hrs.he had the leak repaired, all of the gas lines vacuumed and refilled with Freon 22. Lazaro was very knowledgeable and profesional, explaining every step. System is running and cooling well at this time. Thanks.

Great service and reasonable price. Had a Sunday afternoon air conditioner problem. Called Mike and he sent out Luis in less than 30 minutes. Luis was very professional and took the time to explain the problem, fixed the air conditioner and gave me tips for good regular maintenance.
