Mike, is the best kept secret in Miami. World class customer service, he is exceptional with pricing besides being honest and fair!!! In todays society you don’t get to witness a lot of “Mike’s” that are honest and have a deep respect for their business. It was a pleasure working with his company. Came to diagnose error code. Service person stated it was the control panel in air handler and needed to be replaced or the electrical valve. He said (Lazaro) office would be in touch. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM so I called after a week and the person (Mirta?) said the panel is not readily available, that they were waiting to hear back from Trane and the owner would need to price. I asked her to please get back to me. Another week goes by, I had to call again and she told me the same thing. Now it's been 3 1/2 weeks have heard nothing from them so I called another company (Miami Cool)- TURNS OUT IT IS NOT THE PANEL NOR THE ELECTRIC VALVE BUT IT WAS A LEAK IN THE AIR HANDLER COIL. POOR POOR POOR behavior and unqualified service. ADD: Lazaro never used his freon and that's how your competitor found the leak. If you truly want to help, refund my $125. for an incorrect diagnosis.

RCI is the best!!! Our air broke in the middle of July! Called at 6:00 on a Wednesday and they determined we needed a new compressor. Air was fixed the very next day. Luis was the tech that did the repair. He was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend RCI to everybody!
