I highly recommend Mike and his team. I quoted several companies and nothing compared to the dedication to service, professionalism, pricing, customer service and attention to detail. The first time i met Mike for the estimate i told him what i wanted and he went over everything that i needed to do. He was crystal clear in the process and in his estimate. I replace two units with him and the work was outstanding. His guys worked well and were very polite. When the first day of installation was done they cleaned everything before they left to come back the next day. They finished their work on time as promised. Everything was left spotless when they finished. Its hard to find service like this anymore. If you need your AC replace or repaired it would be irresponsible for you to look elsewhere. Our first experience with RCI Air Conditioning went very well. From our first call to the company to the end of the service call, everything was polite, punctual, and professional. Laz, the tech, was very thorough and analytical as he diagnosed my problematic AC unit. He communicated very well, explaining everything to my satisfaction. Certain parts needed to be replaced, and he explained why. I was also pleased when a part he thought might need replacing, didn't need to be replaced, (and he told me, instead of replacing it anyway for the money.) We are off to a great start with this company, and I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about RCI. They recommend and install quality products on time, with knowledgeable and helpful service techs. The owner, Mike is transparent and responsive and definitely knows his stuff. I purchased a REME HALO Unit from them and I LOVE it! It is a very high powered air purification system and it has completely changed the quality of air in our home (it has eliminated any smells, and the air is very fresh and clean).

I have used RCI several times over the last 4 years, including replacement of 2 AC units. I found them to be professional and helpful. Laz helped me most recently. He spent an hour configuring my new AC to make it quieter and more efficient, and he helped me set it up with controls from my phone. I appreciate the attention to detail.

My air conditioner stopped working. They quickly sent out a tech to help get it working. Turns out I needed a new ac unit because mine was over 12 years old. One of the owners Mike was attentive to my family's needs.

The two techs that arrived to install the new unit were great guys. They arrived on time which is uncommon in Miami and worked quickly. They were funny and respectful and installed the new unit quickly. I highly recommend RCI Air and their staff.
