Called on a Saturday and they were able to send over a technician that same day to address our HVAC issue. Technician was very thorough, and got our HVAC back up and running. Highly recommend!

AC Cooling and Heating did not work. Called RCI and within 2 hours a technician (Frank) was here and found the problem and fixed it. Communication was excellent/ the technician was professional in every way.
