So thankful to have found RCI as our go-to A/C company in Miami. We used RCI to install a smart thermostat last September in our new home. We knew the air handler was old so we got honest advice from the technician. Instead of trying to up sell us, he told us everything looked good and to call them if we ever had issues. We’ve been using RCI to clean/maintain our unit since, as well as our rental unit down the street.

Worst nightmare happened late last night...A/C was running but no cool air. I called at 7am desperate for help as the weather report forecasted high 80s. We had a technician Rodrigo at our home by 10am and he was super professional, kind, and prepared (wearing a mask for precaution). He had our A/C blowing cool air in 30 min.

RCI is an honest company with high quality service. They’ve got a lifetime customer in me.

stellar experience with Mike and his team. They responded quickly and worked with me to get a new unit in asap, in the heat of summer. They were friendly and informative and returned calls, which NEVER happens in Miami. Great company!
