I found this company on Yelp. And their service is Awesome. The technician's are very professional. I Highly recommend them for any A/C services.

Very disappointed with the service I received from RCI. With all these good reviews I'd hoped for a better experience, but they were not upfront with me about what I needed done. I called them to my mother’s house because the A/C wasn't cooling. I’d gotten a few other quotes, and everyone other company said I had a leak at my outdoor coil. The RCI technician told me he could either charge me $200 for freon to diagnose if there was a leak, or he could drain out all the freon to use a different gas to locate the leak but then my mom would be left without any A/C. Either way he explained the system had to be completely full to diagnose the issue. I paid the $200 so my mom wouldn’t be without A/C but then when they confirmed the leak, they quoted me $1000 and explained the quote was high because the price of freon had gone up and they would have to replace all the freon, including the freon I’d just paid $200 for. They never mentioned up front that I would be charged for freon again and if they had I would not have paid for additional freon since I am getting the repair done immediately. Overall, I was very disappointed with my interactions with them and the fact they weren’t upfront about what would need to be done. I decided to go with another local A/C company to do the repair even though their quote was only a little better at $800 simply because they were upfront about what the issue was and what needed to be done without trying to charge me extra.

Our church has used RCI Air now for about 8 years and we have never had a bad experience. Worth every dollar of a trusted and reliable company.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Call RCI. They are the most affordable and do the job right. I don't do reviews, but I only felt it is right to tell the world about he outstanding service they give. I wish there was a sixth star, because 5 stars are not enough.

Technician was punctual, efficient and diagnosed the problem expeditiously. He took the time to explain it to me and proceeded to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation. I am impressed by his work ethic.

They were super responsive, efficient, and professional. Our ac broke on Friday night with my wife being 39 weeks pregnant and they were out Saturday morning to diagnose the issue and quickly fixed it on Monday! They were great! Update: compressor broke recently and they came out the next day!!! Fantastic response! Especially cause my wife isn’t pregnant anymore but we are. A bigger family!!!

RCI is Excellent. I called Mike about an issue and he came out to my house to inspect my ongoing air handler problem despite me having never been a past customer. Today, Laz came out to do a full system maintenance. He took his time to do things right. He was super patient to diagnose any ongoing issues. I would absolutely use them again.

The company is responsive. Its techs are on time, professional and approach each problem with a plan that has worked to correct problems with my AC. Their work is done efficiently and effectively.
