I highly recommend Miami Ice they did a great job in my home. I had install all New Airconditioning system. Lazaro explain everything clearly and this was quality service. And I gotten different estimates and I’m glad I used them. Lazaro and Miami Ice get from me 5 Star For their quality service.

Our a/c unit died. We contacted this company due to the high Google ratings. The sales person came out and he has a great personality, and was offering us a great price and service deal, so we said yes, even after seeing that they have an F with the BBB. They were supposed to come bet. 9 - 10 the next day and we started calling at 10'ish to find out their ETA. No answer. Left messages...no answer. Finally got a call back about 45 mins. later and the sales person got upset with us when we cancelled! He told us that his guys were in Home Depot picking up supplies, blah blah blah...and they couldn't pick up the phone and answer our calls? 3 hours after we cancelled, his tech called us to tell us he was on his way! HAHAHAHA. No thanks. Seems a little sleazy if you ask me. I do not recommend. Got great service by Cousin's Air!

Lazaro and his team at Miami Ice provided a clear and concise quote which they honored once I was ready to move forward. They were very professional throughout out the entire process and installed the exact unit I wanted and researched. This company earned my business and goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Very simple review.....I highly recommend you get other prices from other companies before letting this company do work for you. Very nice people but terrible diagnosticians. Claimed I needed a new unit and received grossly overpriced quote ($6700 for a 3.5 ton unit.......ridiculous price) when all I needed was a leak in the copper line fixed. They also charged me $48 per pound for freon when everyone else charged me $20. You’ve been warned!!!

My tenant called me at around 11pm because the air condition wasn't cooling. Luckily my friend that also has several rental properties mentioned to me that Miami Ice helped him out when he was in a similar situation. So I called them up and within the hour Lazaro showed up and explained to me what is wrong with the air condition unit. He broke down me my options for repairing the 8 year old unit or just replacing it. So I decided it was best to replace it all while I also got a 10 year warranty on it. Altogether myself and my tenant are really happy with the fast response, and professionalism from this company.

The company answered my call immediately. We willing to begin the same day. Financing was approved on premium unit. I stopped work with them approximately 20minutes after approving them to begin. Mostly because of the reviews on line.
I was afraid of being scammed and not knowing much about A/C s went with another company. After further research I found everything they said about the unit was true. However financing was better thru another company.
Though I would still recommend them. B

THIS COMPANY UPCHARGES! Miami Ice installed my brand new Rheem A/C two years ago and I financed through Greensky. I called for service because my unit suddenly stop blowing cold air. I was told my labor warranty expired; almost 2 months to be exact. I thought to myself that because my labor expired barely 2 months ago, they'll work with me. The technician came and explained that the motor on my 2 year old unit is blown and that the labor will cost me $625 dollars!! The technician was not empathetic or tried to offer some type of resolution. I told him that a unit I'm still making monthly payments now has a repair bill for that amount of money is ludacris. I asked to speak to a manager, after he "spoke to a manager" he said the best they can do is $425. I was so engaged I asked him to pack his stuff and leave. I took my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and skip over Miami Ice. They don't value their customers.

if You need A/C service or a new unit, look no further! Miami Ice A/C is an amazing company. They are honest, educated, professional, and honestly good people! They replaced my A/c with a new one, and fast! I’m am so pleased with the quality of workmanship. They are true craftsmen of their trade. I recommend this company 100 times over! I will be doing business with them from now on. You should too, you will see for yourselves.

When you've have tried to find an honest and reliable AC guy look no further than this comoany.
All other account companies that looked at the issues I was having with my 8 yearly old unit recommended from replacement to extremely expensive repairs.
Miami Ice only took 20 minutes to resolve my problem which consisted in the replacement overflow switch.
I highly recommend you all give these guys a call first,don't go through the ordeal I went throughout.
