5 stars! Lazaro is amazing he came out in no time! Mind you I requested an appt at almost 11pm the night before, they quickly responded and came to my home. I have no idea about ACs, Lazaro was awesome and honest checked out the unit and explained it was most probably an electrical issue. I’ll most definitely be scheduling services with them in the future! Do not hesitate to call or message them!

16 year old unit died overnight and needed fat replacement. Called Miami Ice around 11:30 am. They gave me an awesome price and said could install same day. There was a truck at my house by 1pm with 2 guys that replaced whole 3.5 ton system in 2 hours. I am a construction Project Manager and see all kinds of work and failed processes. Miami Ice has it down pat from the phone call to follow up to dispatch to quality of work to completitng the job professionally. Sometimes you see work youve seen done before and say "oh" thats how it is supposed to be. Thsts the job I got. Awesome!!

WARNING!!! This company will scam you for your money! They overcharge by at least $2000 and when you ask to see a breakdown of the cost, they refuse. It took over 4 days to have a manager or owner call us back, and they only seemed to care when threatening instead of asking nicely. They said the reason the overcharge is to include tips in the price, so I guess that's $2000 of tips to the company. Don't waste you time and money with these THIEVES!

My CAC unit has a refrigerant leak, which I already knew. Trying to comparison shop for repair cost. everyone charges 100 to show up. They charged me 250 for leak test. Then I asked for price to repair, which was never responded to. Went with a different company for replacement of entire unit. Also had to go through an entire holiday weekend without AC.

What a great group of people to work with! I've dealt with other service companies, but Miami Ice AC has really surpassed them all with their Customer Service, Timely Responses and a Job Well Done. My family and my A/C thanks you!!

I recently purchased myself a brand new HVAC unit from Miami Ice in April 2016. Which when I first thought of them being Miami Vice once I saw their vehicle. Lol!!!! I found this company on my own and is very pleased that I did. Very friendly as if I've known them for years. When you call they resolve. And the only issue that I've had is only the thermostat needed changing, but they change it out and put a brand new one. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an a/c unit install. It's all good when you're first being solicited. But once you're a committed customer, be prepared for silence and lack of responses.

Their website advertises 24 hour access, but it's been days now waiting for a simple response via email or phone.
