Our AC was having issues i called To Miami Ice and they sent someone right away ! Brian came in and he was very knowledgeable , he fix it right away , just a matter of minute ! Very pleased with their service , i would highly recommended them and definitely they will be my first call if i need them ! Very fast response ! Customer Very satisfy :)

I contacted Miami Ice Ac for my broken ac system and they responded very quickly. The professional who arrived was very thorough and transparent with explaining my options. The wife and I decided to replace the ac system to save money on our energy. The installers arrived the next day and were very clean and did a great job. They took away the old equipment and disposed of it. The installers made sure my ac was cooling. I would recommend them to my grandmother. Awesome experience!!!!!!

Lazaro and his crew came to check my a/c same day I called. They are awesome ! Verry professional, neat and clean. The friendliest non stressful service call I've ever experienced at a great price!!!! Highly recommend them for any a/c issue.

I had a lot of trouble with this company - but finally a technician came by who actually knew what they were doing. Brian is great. He's the only reason this company gets a good review. He was the only one able to get the AC working again after other technicians tried and gave up and said I needed to replace the AC.

My AC wasn’t cooling and they answered the call quickly and offer to come st not cost (most tech charge $70-100), so they came!
Before I had read some reviews and most of them talked how they got a brand new AC and there weren’t many about just repairs.
My unit is only 2 ys all and as I understand had 5 ys warranty on parts!!
So the Tech (Javier) came, very polite and professional and right away told me the coil wasn’t working... (which was partially true because the main problem was a valve) and to replace it was at least $1000 in labor and he pretended to check with Trane (my ac brand) and told me my AC wasn’t under warranty any more and will cost me at the very minimum $1500-1600 to replace just the coil!
Then he proceeded to try to sell me a new unit... for $6000 and wanted to run my credit to get me a approved for finance!
I didn’t want a new unit neither to spend that much money... So I told him to call me in an hour just to let him go...
I got another tech from another company come by, told me the problem was the valve and coil, and that it was under warranty! They only charged me $480 and my AC is working perfect now!!!
Btw I researched the cost of the unit they were trying to sell me and was $3000-$3500 with installation.
I don’t deny they might do a good job but! Im a salesman and I can recognize other salesman!! They just trying to sell overpriced new units!!!

Do your research on prices before hiring them.

Had a great experience with this company. Both employees and management are great. Very impressed with the two technicians who came to my home. Dealt with Lazaro; he was very professional and knowledgeable. Recommend him 100%.

I called Miami Ice AC for a diagnostic repair as my a/c wasn't cooling. Javier the tech/owner came out as scheduled. I asked if it was a capacitor as my unit is old and in the past that has been an issue. Javier told me it was my compressor and I needed to replace the unit at a cost of $4300. Later that day I had another tech come out. They found that the compressor was fine and replaced the capacitor (as I suspected) for $150.00. Buyer beware!

My house is back to being cool and the men were excellent installers, although more Spanish speaking than English. I speak Spanish so there was no issue. But for someone who doesn't, you might be a little surprised. Excellent pros, though!

quick service, fair price highly recommended. My parents AC died I was able to arrange them to go look at it in Boca raton, give me an estimate and had the job done the next day. The price was fair and my parents are happy.

Just called today got very professional service Javier and Lazaro are the BEST. Would recommend Miami Ice to anyone. Courteous and honest. My unit will be installed today. They represent true businessman
