I was at work when my wife called and said the AC wasn’t working so I called this company out to send a technician and when he arrived he immediately said that we needed an entire replacement for both the outside and inside unit costing over 5 THOUSAND $$ WITHOUT INVESTIGATING ANYTHING ! I got home and opened the fuse panel and all it was was a blown 3 AMP fuse ! From the $5,000 quote to a $5 fuse . What a rip off company ! Do not get scammed by them!

They were able to come out right away to look at it and was able to get me a new AC the next day which was a god send because it was 83 degrees inside my house

From start to finish, I was impressed with all the gentleman I came in contact with. A new system is expensive no matter where you go but the extras you get from Miami Ice makes it a bit less painful.

Great response time,not so great service and horrible pricing the technician I spoke with about pricing let's just say they lead you to believe that the price is great,actually it's over market by a lot,I found a unit with the tonnage that I wanted 4 in and out, for a great price installed with the same ten year warranty I have no idea where this guy got the price from,but my father had done service with this company so for me it was a no brainer until the brick wall$$$$$ so someone more honest got my money and I'm sure it took them half the time that these people would have.

Customer service is not up to par they never pick up there phones and service is laughable at best. I learn a while ago that anything with Miami in the name stands for shotty workmanship and terrible service.

These ppl came out told my mom it was $3800 cash for an ac my mom is an elderly woman who very sick when they saw that she didn’t have the money and she had to finance threw greensky loan they maximized the loan amount to $6650 with xtra things they didn’t do neither she needed so be careful with these ppl scams

They were patient, explained every issue and what needed to be done to fix it. They came back multiple times when there were issues. Very satisfied with the service!!
