Miami Ice Air Conditioning was on time and responsive. It was a Sunday and we had lost our cold air. This company came out on time and diagnosed our air condition unit. I appreciate the professional service provided.

My Central AC was leaking and corroded. Ozzy the owner was able to finance me in a affordable plan and installed a new Rheem the same day. Will definitely recommend 5 stars!

They installed a new AC unit and after a year it is completely broken. I need to replace it with another one. And the company doesn't respond to the previous AC.

VERY POOR and inconsiderate. I went on Home Advisors and searched for an AC contractor. Miami Ice was the first company to call me and confirmed that they would be at my home today (Friday) between 10 & 11am. At 11:10am, I was still waiting and called only to get their VM. Then shortly after I received a call apologising and asking if I could reschedule for next week. Luis tried to blame it on a booking error but honestly my time is valuable and that doesn't fly. If you can't manage bookings then I don't want you working on my home. I had rearranged my day to accomidate your schedule and you waisted my time. Its very sad that you show your customers their time doesn't matter to you. I will be sure to let all my neighbors know of my expierence.

April 16, 2021: I called the company on Friday afternoon. Two guys were at my place within an hour for an estimate! They went to the roof, took a video of my 16-year old AC sad and moldy insides, gave me an estimate with a small discount. Next day (Saturday!) another two guys came in at 10am and started to remove my water-dripping AC. By 4 pm I had a brand new AC installed, thermostat replaced, work area cleaned, and my place cool again! If I looked elsewhere I might have (or not) found somebody cheaper but the professionalism and hard work of this team was so impressive that I do not regret taking up on their offer.

UPDATE June 23, 2021: My brand new AC stopped cooling and its coils were covered in heavy snow (see pic). It was late evening but the company claimed to be working 24/7 so I called. Nobody picked up so I left a message. Nobody called next day. I called and left messages two more times, sent an email, send a PM on their Facebook page. No answer. Meanwhile, my son removed the filter, raised the thermostat, and melted the ice. AC seemed to work well again but I still wanted to hear from the company and kept calling. Finally they picked up the phone. Yes, they would send out a tech to diagnose the problem but I would have to pay a $65 service call fee. To check on the brand new AC that they brought and installed! That comes with the warranty on parts and labor. But the service call fee is still $65! OK, I paid. The guy came and determined that there was a faulty part in the unit and they would replace it.
July 7, 2021: It took another two weeks and less than mediocre communication from the office until they finally answered my phone call. I was wondering when they will do what had been promised. The same guy came the same day, worked hard, and finished the job.
I have no complaints about the guys "in the field" but communication with the company and the despicable "service call fee" for checking a faulty unit under warranty that they brought and installed is what made me update my initially 5-star review.

I called Miami Ice on Friday Morning.
They scheduled a tech to come out to see what’s wrong with my AC for 2 Pm
The Tec was at our place at 2 Pm and the repair was scheduled for between 5.30 and 6.30 and the Tec was here on time and fixed the AC and was out at 8.pm
It was not cheap but you get what you pay for and Zi recommend this company highly.

I recommend Miami Ice AC to anyone that is need of a new HVAC system. My experience with Miami Ice was very legitimate and professional. Javier and Laz definitely demonstrated they meant business and had the options and resources available to help me get my new HVAC system immediately. Super efficient staff and very professional.
