2 MEN SHOWED UP AND PLANNED THE INSTALLATION VERY IN A VERY DETAILED WAY AND THE RESULT WAS EXCELLENT.

They performed maintenance on my A/C unit inside and outside. They arrived on time, were polite, personable and efficient.

We called for service, and they scheduled us for next day, but actually they fit me in same day! Our technician was very helpful, found and resolved problem quickly! I will certainly use this company again!!

I called Air On Demand for quote to replace the entire AC system. They sent a rep out and after reviewing our needs provided several options to choose from. After some research on the unit, we decided on the more advance systems, Daikin. Our previous unit was from 2003 and had been repaired multiple times by previous homeowners which prevented from working efficiently. Once we approved their offer, we scheduled it right away with no issues on product availability.

On install day, Chris, was here on time and ready to get to work; with more than 18 years of experience he knew what had to be done and quickly found solutions to any concerns we had. His team was able to move the AC handler to its new location and complete the entire install on the same day.

Once complete, Chris and his time, walked me through using the new system, helped set up the thermostat with wifi and made sure to pick up and ensure everything was left as it was before.

Overall, I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.

In the heat that is already upon us and its just May, my AC decided to start blowing warm air. I called Air on Demand and spoke with Jessy. She was friendly, nice and resourceful. Jessy told me that their schedules were booked out for the day but that she would attempt to put me in. Luck was definitely on my side that day! I had a technician Aramis come to my home that evening to service my unit. He was professional, clean, and extremely detail oriented! They have a customer for life!

Regular maintenance performed, installed new thermostat Tech did a great job.

I will use no other company. My experience with them is always great. Courteous, professional and timely. I highly recommend using them for your AC needs. Been using them for years now, first in my old house and now in my new house.

I have been dealing with this company for over 7 years. When i call with an a/c problem they come out right away and most times can fix it right away. Everyone I talk to in the company, from the first phone call with the problem, to their service people are very professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with. And more important, in these times, honest. I have recommended them to anyone needing an a/c company.

I’ve been using on-demand for over five years and they have never let me down. Great service, great quality, and all of their technicians are amazing. Especially Chris. Not only have I use their air-conditioning maintenance services and repairs, but also the air duct cleaning. I would recommend to everyone. A good tip would be to hire them for your regular maintenance. They have a membership for that.

Update: recently my air-conditioning unit broke, and given today’s environment was very expensive to repair. I decided to purchase a new air-conditioning unit. Not only did they give me a great price, but they gave me an amazing Daikin unit with all the bells and whistles. I am very happy with what they offered me and at the price. As usual, they were very professional, on time, and great service. I highly recommend air on the mend.

I needed to replace 4 AC units for my home. I got three competitor quotes. Air on demand was very price competitive and also the most transparent. Chris did a great job to understand my needs and explain his proposal. The service was very attentive and courteous from everyone: Jenny, Chris, the install crew working with masks, and the owner Shannon who clearly takes care of her business. It was a pleasure doing business with all of them for this very important job. This is the first time i ever write a review like this. I highly recommend them.
