I have been a customer of "Air on Demand" for 17 years. Their technicians (not parts changers} know their jobs well and are extremely professional. Their customer service is without equal. I have recommended "Air on Demand" to several friends and acquaintances. All of them have been very happy with their service. I continue to be very happy with their service and will continue to recommend them in the future. I have paid to be a member of their "comfort club" and have never had to wait more than 1-3 hours before a technician shows up at my door. I cannot remember a time when they were unable to get my air up and running again in the same day (this includes weekends and after normal business hours).

OnDemand Air exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for + a solid 10 year warranty. Everyone was serious, professional, on time, responsive, and accessible at all times. Accessible via text, email, regular mail, phone; you pick. They replaced our duct system. We had a A/C leak on our duct making our attic cool. Wasted energy, not anymore thanks to their work. They also re-installed our clothes dryer air duct. Also added blown insulation. I will hire and recommend OnDemand Air again for future projects. Management has set the right tone.

Aramis with Air on Demand came to clean out A/C coil and blower fan. He was on time and very professional. He did not rush the service and cleaned and rinsed the A/C coils multiple times until they were cleaned efficiently. Once everything was put back together he tested the unit to make sure everything was working properly.

Needed someone to come late and last minute- they came and solved our issue and we’re great pros.

I have been using this company for 10+ years and they are great! It's easy to schedule preventative maintenance and if you have an issue with your AC, they show up promptly. The Technicians I have had have all been great - I strongly feel like I'm getting my moneys worth!

Excellent service!! I was very pleased with the prompt response. We have the service agreement with them and we were due for maintenance, when one of the units stopped working before our appointment, they sent someone immediately.
