Air On Demand and the two technicians, Ricardo and David, exceeded my expectations in all ways. David came this morning, replaced a part in the air handler and determined the unit needed to be replaced. The warranty covered all parts and labor (always good to buy!) but he said it might take a be a few days before they get the unit in. A few hours later, I received a call telling me they had a unit and the tech was on his way. Ricardo did a wonderful job installing the new unit. Both technicians were professional, friendly, personable, and answered all my questions. I can highly recommend Air On Demand.

I have been using Air on Demand for over 15 years and not once have they disappointed me. They are always on time if not early, the text message system of keeping me up to date on the technician arrival and a photo of whose coming is awesome, their service is on point and they are reasonable priced. I have the comfort service agreement on my home and rental and air on demand keeps me cool through the summers. Would not use anyone else.

Their customer service is really good, and they are knowledgeable. My only issue is their pricing on their "maintenance" package. You pay $200 basically for them to come to your house twice a year and inspect your AC. If anything is wrong and needs work then it's additional. Parts and labor are separate. I don't really see the benefit of this plan.

This company is professional at all times. Their quality of work is exceptional. Chris Lanigan the technician, took his time and explained everything he had done and gave really good advice for the maintenance of our air conditioning unit. I’m glad to be a customer with Air on Demand.

Customer Service and professionalism like you don’t see anymore in South Florida. On time and communicative and I was explained in detail the problem and my options. They were NOT there to make money but rather serve their customer. They will be my A/C people for all my A/C needs.
