This company is the best A/C company I have used in the same home I have lived in for 41 years. It brings a smile to my face to look at the work they did. Also, I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn up the A/C was I was to cold.*****

Chris came to our home & inspected & serviced our a/c, and as always was very knowledgeable & courteous. He informed us of what was needed & what we could expect down the line with our current unit. Thank you for all you do!

We've used them ever since they installed our new AC unit 12 years ago. Any issue - usually small - always results in a friendly and timely response and a technician who knows what he's doing.

No job has been too small and there is no long wait for appointment. Technicians come on time and communicate prior to their arrival. No complaints here

Scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived on time. The technician, Aramis, was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He also found some duck work that needed to be replaced and worked some magic to temporarily provide me cooling till new duck work can be completed.

Air on Demand replaced my entire AC system recently. I am very pleased with the quality of installation, price and attention to my family ac comfort. We had an issue with one of air handling units. Initially, I was told that they may not be able to make it to the house due to weather. They promptly responded mid-morning and sent a tech out to resolve the issue

I highly recommend Air On Demand. Their office staff, AC service technicians, and the owner are all very courteous, knowledgeable, concerned, and timely with responses and on-site service. The quality of their work is superb and speaks well for this company. Air On Demand is my extended family’s go to AC Service provider.

We've had our unit almost 2 years and air on demand has gone above and beyond for us. We have their maintenance program and they never fail us. Chris is very professional and courteous. We honestly appreciate their professionalism and they always have a great attitude even Letty, everytime she calls driven if it's bad news I feel like she always delivers a great attitude and I know she's doing her best for me and my family.

These people performed repairs on my post-Andrew A/C until it was more than 25 years old, then I purchased a new one from them. Installation was on time, competitive price, without any problems. It includes annual maintenance at no additional charge for the first few years (I think the timing may depend on the system you buy) and the last one was yesterday (5 March 2021). Again - as has been every service call and maintenance - on time, professional, and without any issues. I find this kind of excellent service unusual in the Miami area (unfortunately) and I will continue to use and recommend them. I have no connection with this business other than as a customer.

Update: had my annual maintenance on 15 Sept 2022 under my purchased service contract and once again impressed by the competence of the technician in checking and cleaning the air handler and compressor. He also replaced the cut-off valve at no charge - it had not given me a problem but the tech said the model that was installed has been problematic in other installations by turning the compressor off/on repeatedly and burning it out, so he replaced with a different model at no charge.

Additional update: On 15 February 2023, I returned home from a brief hospital stay (Covid) to find my dog had ripped at the wiring outside the compressor unit, probably going for a rat in the area.
I called Air on Demand next morning and they had two technicians there the same afternoon who quickly and efficiently replaced-rewired as needed, tested system function, and then helped me put up a metal mesh barrier to block dog in the future. Fast, professional, courteous as always. I renewed my annual contract with them .
