Jorge Guerra the Air on Demand technician that came to my house as new home owner was one of the most professional individuals I’ve ever had experience working with. He taught me about how to maintain my HVAC system as a home owner. He showed me we’re to save money and advised me about all my concerns. From the first moment he stepped into my house he was courteous, humble, and an expert technician in his trade. My wife and I move to Miami from Virginia and knew nothing about the community or which companies to use for home maintenance. After reviewing online comments we came across Air on Demand and it lived up to every past review we read. I can’t say enough about Jorge resolving and reaching me about all my HVAC concerns. I highly recommend this company!!! Again, Jorge was amazing!!!!!

Excellent group for me the key for a good service in HVAC is fast response specially in summer days, well this team seems very organice and profesional my system is new and have used service one time and they were here within 2 hrs amazing!! Please keep the good costumer service this way there are a lot up there that costumer service is off the window. Thanks

I have been a customer of Air on Demand for more than 25 years. They have always been courteous , responsible and on time. They had installed my old unit that lasted 17 years, but finally gave up and it wasn't worthy to fix it anymore. So I just got a new one this time. Very pleased with their service and I know that I can always count on them to fix whatever problem I could have.

I had a service call today with Air on Demand. The gentleman who came here (sorry I did not get his name) was excellent. He explained everything that was going on. He was very professional. This is the second time I have used this company. Both times their employees were excellent. The last time I used them was in 2017. So, it looks like they are attracting and keeping good people. One of the few companies in Miami that walk the walk and talk the talk!!! They answer their phones, tell you exactly what they will do, give you the job cost before they start. The cost is also the same at end of job. Jessie coordinates the techs and is uber professional. My tech Anthony was excellent spelled out exactly what he was going to accomplish. Completed the job fast and with pride and integrity. They offered a bi- annual preventative maintainence plan to me. The plan is beyond reasonable in price. If other companies would just pick up the phone and show up they would be as successful as AIR ON DEMAND. The companies that deliver over the top customer service, show up and do as they agree to do are the companies that succeed in the Miami jungle. Air on Demand gets an 11 out of 10. Thanks AOD. If you want the real deal then this is the company.

Chris is great, very respectful, very knowledgable and very focused on details. His work is impeccable. Air on Demand has a very quick and efficient service, they maintain contact with you from the moment you call. They keep you informed on the status of your service rep and the expected time of arrival. Chris was the assigned service technician, he was very straight forward and identified the issues in a timely manner, explained the options and prepared a quote. Their work is very thorough. I recommend Air on Demand.

It could not have been any better. To me, this was an old world experience where people really cared about doing their job correctly. Their estimator, Chris. . . complete gentleman and exuded honesty. The construction team of three people, Bernard, Nick and Daniel, worked so hard, and tirelessly for days to complete my project , AND each of them had impeccable manners. Was I dreaming? Don't go anywhere else, just hire them.

The blower motor in our AC unit went out and for the first time we called Air on Demand to look into the matter.At that time Chris Lanigan came to our house and fixed the problem immediately.We were so happy with his work.A year passed and the blower motor went out again.When my husband called the office an employee by the name of Jessy answered the phone and she was extremely rude and kept talking over my husband as he was trying to explain to her the issue we were having.She sounded completely defensive blaming my husband for not having the coils cleaned and mentioning that was the reason our blower motor went out again.Chris Lanigan did mention to my husband about the coils being cleaned to avoid future issues HOWEVER, my husband does not recall him mentioning that if the COILS do not get cleaned out FIRST the blower motor would go out again.If my husband knew this would be the outcome he would have definitely have the COILS cleaned out first before having a new blower motor installed.My husband was so angry at Jessy that he didn't even want to speak to the manager or anyone to address the matter.Jessy was so unprofessional and disrespectful and she needs better customer service training.Jessy needs to be more polite,friendly,understanding and most importantly LISTEN and do not interrupt the customer while they are speaking it goes a long way.Air on Demand lost loyal customers and we will spread the word around our community.It's truly shameful!!!

Also, we had a professional come out and check the AC unit before calling Air on Demand.The gentleman said to us that the original piece which was the brand RHEEM was not installed.We weren't too happy about that.WHY is a company installing another brand that is not the original brand???? very disturbing if you ask me

A brand new blower motor is suppose to last for YEARSSSS and it didn't.The one Chris installed lasted for only a year.

NEXT TIME you have another customer call in for a damaged blower motor and you see their coils are DIRTY mention to them FIRST that if the coils are not cleaned the blower motor will continue to break.The workers shouldn't even be changing out the blower motor until the coils are cleaned out FIRST because the same issue will continue to happen.

Do BETTER be BETTER!!!
