Air On Demand

Had 2 units installed just over a year ago. The mini-split had a refrigerant leak early on that required two service calls to fix, but has been working very well since.

The thermostat managing my main unit recently had an issue that we were unable to resolve by phone. They sent a technician (Mike) the next day and it was fixed quickly. Mike took pictures of the issue and how it was fixed. He explained everything in detail. And I’m confident there won’t be any additional issues.

Hello Air On Demand!

A year ago you replaced our air conditioner at our office.We were happy with the results. We needed to replace Mom's this past weekend. Mike P assisted us from the beginning to end. He assured us of a quick and clean installation along with getting a permit and final signature on the permit. It was ALL taken care of in a few days. We are all happy campers. Mike P would be hard to beat.

We had an issue with our HVAC for our wine closet. I wasn’t sure if they are on demand could handle that because it is smaller than a regular air conditioning unit. They were able to help us immediately, found the problem, ordered the part, and fixed everything can you short amount of time.

Semi annual HVAC maintenance was performed by Nick. He was very courteous and did a very thorough checkup. He identified a problem with insulation on a tube at the outer compressor. He cheerfully installed new insulation to my satisfaction. AOD is a very reputable company

At times you deal with contractors and there is a lack of empathy, politeness, respect and even good humor. But Air on Demand not only delevered each aspect of the experience, but suparpassed it. The dispatcher was excellent able to empathized and connect with her client by being professional and polite. Our technician Jose, is exceptional. He explained everything in detail, also empathizing as he believed that the last contractor did us wrong. I can honestly say that it was a complete pleasant surprise to the norm of the industry. I would recommend Air on Demand to the fullest. If they had a ten star rating, instead of five, I would want choose eleven. Thank you for everything you do for your customers.

When I needed to purchase a new A/C system, I could have gone with a lot of cheaper companies but I decided to go with Air On Demand. They are a professional outfit and very responsive to my concerns. My service tech Chris constantly goes out of his way. I know that if I have any problem with my system, I can call him directly. He has always taken my calls even after hours (which he probably regrets). I know that I can always count on Air On Demand to keep my house cool. Their maintenance plan is well worth it. I have always recommended them and will continue to do so.
