We've been happy customers of Weather Engineers since we bought a Carrier system in 2010. Since we live beachside, the compressor side rusted out and stopped working during the evening of July 4th. Called Nate on July 5th, and by 3:00 on July 6th, we had a new Trane system installed, up and running. Our technician, Matt was amazing - did the whole job by himself, and kept the work area extremely clean during and after the job.

We bought a brand new system from weather engineers just a year and a half ago and already the fan motor died. They sent someone to fix it relatively quickly (about 36 hours after calling to report the issue), which was fine. The tech was courteous and efficient. However, they charged $300 for a 20-minute installation (tech arrived at 6:55 pm and was done by 7:15) of a part that is supposedly under warranty.

The fact that this brand new system we bought from them broke after only a year and a half is what tells me to looks elsewhere in the future.

My AC went out on a Friday evening. I called to see about getting a service call over the weekend and explained the symptoms. Nathan called and said he would have to search for the parts he thought I would need. It was probably a bad fan motor or squirrel wheel. He called back with prices for the parts and a new system. With the unit being 14 yrs old and the cost of parts I choose new system. Over the weekend he rescheduled crews arranged for delivery of new unit and by the end of day Monday we had a new AC. Worker were professional, knowledgeable and efficient and we are very pleased with the outcome. Ray M

I have known Brevard County service pros since 1985. Only a handful are worth their salt, and only two in the last 20 years, one being Weather Engineers.

Weather Engineers, Nathan, stayed the course to work with me through 9 quotes, from multiple vendors, reported in apples to oranges languages. Once decided, and later found that equipment was no where to be found, Nathan found solutions and offered dicounts for the higher price to bring it into my range of the original offer.

But the delight came when the installers arrived. I'm a Journeyman and these two guys are front and center the best professional installers I have encountered! They were a team - who not only performed the install, but also removed debree, rebuilt and modernized the inside AC Closet, and resupported outside adjacent equipment to protect the new install. They looked for contstruction problems and solved them. They were quick, pleasantly communicative, and cleaned up after themselves! Just exemplary in all facets of the install. A job well done by all.

When our 50 year old house needed AC repairs, Weather Engineers had us chilling in no time. Great service and great work.They worked with us and our budget and gave us the best deal too!. We weren't ready for a completely new system yet since we were still fixing it up. But they had just what we needed to put some life back into the system we had. So of course, when my elderly parents had their AC break down I knew exactly who to call. Mom & Dad needed a completely new system installed and it was a true emergency since she requires round-the-clock nurse care! We called on the weekend but it was done within 48 hours And that's even after my sister first shopped around for the best price. But in the end she agreed, the crew at Weather Engineers is number one!

Once we decided which option to go with, installation was expedited to minimize any adverse effects on wood floors and to minimize personal discomfort. Installation was done quickly and professionally. Technicians explained installation process, installed the new AC system exceptionally meticulously, and thoroughly explained how to operate and care for system components. We’ll continue to seek Weather Engineers’ services for our future AC needs. Weather Engineers was recommended to us by a number of satisfied friends and relatives. Weather Engineers did a great job replacing my old AC unit. They were able to quickly fit me into the schedule and removed my old unit and replaced it with a new one in one day!
