Outstanding service! Called them because my furnace wasn't working properly. It turned out that the problem was an overheating valve, which they replaced at no cost to me. They also replaced my entire system with a more efficient system, which has been great! The techs were super friendly and helpful.

The tech showed up because they were backed up so that they could fix the heating element on my HVAC. He charges a lot but it's fixed. It was the igniter and he had to disassemble it to install a new one. I appreciated the commitment and the competence. Forward Heating & Air Conditioning is by far the best.

They keep burners and condensers clean, refrigerant topped up, and compressor start-up capacitors replaced as needed. They have identified several issues early that could have become much more expensive later had we not been warned. Highly recommended.

Steve was quick, he came out the same day even though I was a new customer. He called me several times to update me on when he'd arrive. He fixed the problem in under an hour and my house began getting cool right away. He was friendly too and said that he'd come back as needed, gave a warranty on the parts and work. It's been 4 days, and the house gets colder than you would reasonably need!
