B & B Air Conditioning & Heating

I came home from work and realized that the fan was running on the ac, but it was 84 degrees in the house. I use B&B at my office so I called them. It was after 6 and within a few minutes their tech Mike called.
I have hydrocephalus and not having air would be miserable for me. I told him my issue and he decided to help.
His professionalism, concern and understanding was amazing. Not only did he fix the problem, he checked everything out to make sure it didn’t happen again.
This is what happens when you have a company who cares about customers and have employees who care.
You need HVAC systems or have issues or repairs, calling B&B will be your best call.

Do NOT use this company. They installed ducts and said they would remove the old ducts. Left all the old ducts up in attic. The technician was VERY bothered to be on that job. I had to cancel service contracts with them over this.

My name is John and you are a disappointment! Because my family was able to work with the local government to help get a new AC unit, LARCON, B and B will not help us replace the bad unit B and B installed. Don’t use them! The last call with Roland, he told me to call his competitor? Really?

Roland and the crew at B&B air conditioning are Lifesavers, I had an emergency, and as a referral coldcall, he was fortunately able to dispatch a tech that was in the area driving from one job to the next. They busted there butt to provide rapid service, and John the tech was on the spot, his knowledge and professionalism was first class. I was not giving a pitch for additional work, however, we will be only using B & B in the future...first class customer service and talented technicians . They exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for the referral I received from a long time valued costomer.

My techs name was Danny. He got here even earlier then I was told, he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He figured out the issues and had my A/C fixed and working fast. The price was extremely LOWER then I thought and he was very patient with all my questions! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not recommend them to anyone. It is unbelievable that this business has “good reviews” on google. I’ve called this company multiple times over a 3 year stretch and every time they find a way to mess something up and or be very unprofessional in their approach. The only employee that tried to help was Karen in the office only to be overruled by the “office manager” that wouldn’t even make a call to personally take any responsibility. Each step of the way, they have been horrible. From poor quality fixes, to being yelled at by Rowland from their office, to the “manager” of the company not backing what they were suppose to install, and the tech Alex not being able to hold up his end of the fixes. After spending thousands of dollars with them, they refuse to step up and take care of expenses that resulted in them not doing the job right the first time. AGAIN, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Excellent company!! Jose came out and diagnosed the problem honestly. With in 3 days B & B were at our door. Tyler and Chris arrived on time and got to work. They completed the job on time and vacuumed our house too.
They noticed our other vents needed to be readjusted and did that too!!!
We originally hired another company and they said we needed an entire new unit which we purchased they said it would improve our air flow it did not!!! Then we called them and hey said we needed to replace our new duct work for another $7000.00.
Jose came out and said we can solve it without replacing the entire duct work.. B&B saved us $6300.00!!!
Wendy the office administrator was sympathetic to our situation and reassured us we would get a honest quote and great Quality work she was honest and right.
Run from all other companies and hire only B&B!!!!! They are honest and not out to steal your pocketbook or wallet!!! They take the time to SOLVE the issues!!!!!!

Company does not follow up with complaints. Ac Installed 4 years ago and company never fixed problems that I had from the start. Now they won’t come out at all because they didn’t like that I got upset because they weren’t taking care of the problems they created. Don’t use this company!!!

I've used this company twice, once for a new system at an investment property and again today at my personal residence. Both times I was very happy with my service.

Jeff and JR did a great job with the new install and the system runs great almost a year later.

John just replaced the blower motor module and had my system up and running within an hour. Plus the part was covered under warranty saving me $400 and only paying for a service call! He had it diagnosed in the first 10 mins, went out to get the part came back and installed it. I will request John as my technician in the future.

I highly recommend this company. I've dealt with several in the area and been overcharged more than once ($800 for Freon, really??). This place is fast (same day service for my call), experienced and most of all honest!!

Top job installing my thermostat in my house! Was able to get the same day service and he show up precisely on time was in and out very quick professional job!
