We had our air conditioning unit checked this week because it didn't seem to be running well. Alex came out and gave us so many tips on how to keep it running properly. He vacuumed out the unit, changed our filter, and even changed the direction of our ceiling vent, in order to have the maximum amount of air flowing throughout our home. We were amazed at the difference. We used to run our air at 72 degrees and now we have it at 76 degrees. We love this company because they're honest, professional and reasonable. We would never use any other company.

Called the company because my AC wasn't able to cool to target temp. Marco came out and did a great job. He was able to diagnose the problem and explained the problem clearly, fixed it quickly, and hooked me up with a fair price

I had been looking for a company that does work on Gree mini splits and saw their sticker on a unit during an open house. I called them when my unit was leaking and they were able to come out that day to fox it. They explained everything and showed me the issues. GREAT JOB!!

Everyone has a guy for certain things. My ac guy couldn’t make it out until the next day, being in Florida and waking up to an 80 degree house is no bueno!

Called B n B air (on a recommendation) at 11:30AM, I was quoted a show up time between 2-4pm, which I was very happy with! Low and behold my new guy (John) showed up in 30min!

Was very professional, on time (early), and got right to work! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it and checked the entire system with in 30-45min.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service I received today. House is nice and cool again!!!! John and B n B air will be my new “guy” from now on :) Thanks again!!

I don't know how these guys have 4.5 stars, and I hate to leave a bad review but after living in my parents residence for the last 2 months it is a nightmare what this company has left them with. My parents main focus every morning and night is to check on their air conditioning unit to see if it's frozen it up. They have came back five times of which every time my parents have paid a total of $70 each visit and initially paid $10,000 to have the installation done for their air conditioning of a small home it's one level three bedrooms one living room would seem fairly reasonable that it should work without my mother and father having to turn it off TWICE, every single day. I don't know how this hasn't been fixed by the company I would hate to think that this is the level of quality that they are doing especially with them having four and a half Stars I don't understand why my parents live in a home where they can't even close bedroom doors out of fear of losing the coolness in their house because their air conditioner will freeze. I hope somebody from the company reads this, I am going to post it under my mother's phone because I'm hoping that my review will initiate some sort of Remedy response from the owner because this is insane.

Beware of this company. They will bill you for hours they don't actually work. The excuse: they bill for the job not the time even though the charge is hourly. This happened after I waited at my house for 4 hours for a no show. When they finally DID show up after I called their dispatcher, I get billed for twice the amount of time they actually worked (not to mention they spent about 30 minutes on the phone). Oh and this was the 6th time they came out for the same problem on a system that is 2 years old! There are lots of other choices... moving on.

Quality work and very good value. Dan was professional and made you feel at ease. I will set up a preventive maintenance program and have them as my go to AC Company in the future. Very pleased.

I just moved here and purchased a house with an HVAC that I had no clue of its history. I can tell you B&B were fast, amazing, and fixed everything at a fantastic price and also checked warranties. The staff are awesome and I would never go anywhere else for HVAC service. They replaced parts and didn't do what most HVAC companies do when you first move down...by demanding you buy a new entire unit. All I needed was a fan motor and another small part. They were honest, and if I can get everyone in this community to believe in them, I plan on passing it on. I've heard from my "new" neighbors, how they have spent a fortune on HVAC, service call prices being outrageous, but not B&B....I love their service guys, and the staff that answers the phone. You will not wait for long before they show up. Amazing company, amazing staff. Keep up the good work. I will never deal with anyone else.

I love this company. They are responsive and prices reasonable. I recommend them highly. Their service guys are friendly and nice and they stay with company so the guy who put my unit in 20 years ago is still there. Even the woman who answers the phone gets answers for you and calls you back. I give them TEN stars!

We called on Friday and they were out here today (Monday). I also could not say enough about the friendliness of my experience from beginning to end... and believe me, I had a ton of questions. We only needed a routine maintenance/check up and were worried that it may end up being more than that but everything is fine! I highly recommend B & B Air Conditioning & Heating‎
