This is a second review for Weather Engineers, following a recent visit to repair our AC. Like our initial experience with everyone, we received the same extraordinary cooperation and high quality service as they tried to determine the cause of our problem. A team approach, and combined expertise solved our problem. They don’t give up! Special thanks to Debbie, who took care of us, a few years ago and worked diligently then and again this time. She’s got an amazing memory and remembered important details that were very important to us!! Also, we wish to compliment Casey, who is a genius with these HVAC systems from the the thermostat to the air handler to the compressor. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. He can assess the situation and applies his knowledge and expertise!! Our unit is working perfectly!!

The folks at Weather Engineers have been extraordinary. We consulted with them to discuss, what seemed an insolvable problem with our AC. They offered their insight and also provided guidance as we continued to work through our dilemma. Finally, we determined it was time for another opinion and scheduled a service call. Casey, was phenomenal. He took one look at the thermostat, air handler and compressor and determined they were not wired correctly. Casey was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. He explained everything to us, and corrected the problem which had been ongoing since installation. Within a short time, the humidity levels finally began to drop. His expertise and experience is remarkable. Many thanks and deepest appreciation to everybody at Weather Engineers that worked closely with us and cared so much.

I recently had a new A/C system including ductwork installed by Weather Engineers. The whole process went smoothly and I’m very pleased with the results. It’s a big improvement.

Weather Engineers recently installed a new HVAC system at my house. I called 4 HVAC companies and Weather Engineers had the best price. I purchased a Trane Run Tru unit. The technicians were very professional and did not waste any of my time. If you need a new AC or you need service, definitely give them a call.

Nathan and his team were amazing. We had a situation where the day my wife came home from the hospital, our A/C stopped working that evening. I called Weather Engineers the next morning, and by that evening they had installed a new unit and we were back up and running. I know they have many satisfied customers, but that day I felt like their only customer. I really appreciate them, and I always feel like they care. Working with Nathan I'm impressed with his knowledge and expertise and he always takes the time to talk through everything and explain it clearly. Highly recommended!

We had attempted to get our pool heater repaired for months with the company that installed our pool. The problem was a sensor that needed to be replaced. One call to Weather Engineers took care of the problem in less than 24 hours. The technician was knowledgable, professional, on-time and got the job done in less than an hour. We will not hesitate to use WE again….great customer service!

I needed a new outside ac unit. Got quotes on multiple options same day. Once I picked an option a crew was sent to my house that same day to do the install. If it wasn't for the downpour at around 6pm the unit would have been up and running. They came back first thing next day to finish and now I'm nice and cool! I would highly recommend Weather Engineers for your AC needs.

When your system breaks down in 100+ degree heat it’s not just unbearable…it’s dangerous. Add to that an environment of limited inventory and skilled labor and you have a major mess. My call for help to Nathan at Weather Engineers was answered promptly, the issue diagnosed, and resolution options layed out. In our case we needed a new 5 ton compressor to match up with our functioning air handler. Nathan made the assessment and recommendation, and our order for a new Trane unit went in that same day. Unfortunately it was a Friday and the unit couldn’t be shipped and installed until Monday, but once again WE had our back with weekend service to get us through until the new unit arrived. Relief was achieved on Monday AS PROMISED and life was bearable again. We were given professional service by competent staff at competitive pricing. I can’t recommend Weather Engineers more strongly for all your cooling needs. Confidence in your A/C company for something as critical as cooling your home in Florida is an absolute necessity.
