Weather Engineers

This is my third house and third AC unit from Weather Engineers. I went with the 16 seer Trane unit this time. Quick and professional and they stand behind their work. They contacted me three times since the install. If you want something good, quick and worry free I would highly recommend them.

Weather Engineers are curtious, professional, prompt and caring. I called as my AC was not functioning and they came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. They explained everything, provided me my options and installed a new unit all in the same day. The following day, they followed up to ensure everything was working correctly and to answer any follow up questions I may have had. I highly recommend this business.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Weather Engineers. In June we noticed through our remote HVAC app that our condo was not cooling and the humidity was higher than normal. We were in Indiana for the summer but called Weather Engineers and within 24 hours they had the system back up and running. However, the A/C Condensor was just over 5 years old and on its last legs since we live beachside, something we were aware of. Owner Nathan Iacobacci spent more than an hour with us on the phone taking us through all the options. He did not recommend the most expensive options but he did recommend one suitable for our condo and a new model that is designed to last twice as long in the shoreline salt air as past models. We told Nathan we would be returning for a few weeks on Saturday July 16. At 9 am on July 19th two technicians from Weather Engineers were at our door and completed the instalation of the new outdoor AC unit in under three hours. Weather Engineers will be our go-to HVAC dealer as long as we live in Central Florida.

Loved working with this company. Made it very easy to get a new system and gave me options that were easy to compare. If I had any questions it was an easy email or phone call and they were always quick to respond. The workers who installed my system worked hard to get my A/c working again and answered all my questions that I had while they were there! Would definitely recommend using this company for any of your A/c needs!

Wow Wow Wow!! I recently found myself in a difficult situation - AC condenser on its last legs and a family medical situation that made the timing and expense even worse. Nate, the owner, called me promptly to discuss options and listened to my situation.
He didn’t just want to sell me an AC, he wanted to help me make the right purchase with the money I had to spend. When I had questions, he called me back and patiently explained options and taught me what I needed to make the right decision. (I’m so well versed in AC units now). Sure, I reached out to get other quotes; but they didn’t match the quality of the unit nor the time it could be installed. The price was very competitive too! The team of people who came to serifs and install were great too! Thanks Matt, Casey and Nate for your help! I’m a life-long customer.

Weather Engineers originally installed and regularly services my mother's HVAC system. When called they were able to schedule me in a timely manner and were on time and serviced the AC unit. The unit that sits outside was running slightly below optimum, so I asked for a quote for a new one. Nate quickly called me back with two quotes. He was also honest enough to tell me that I really didn't need to replace it at this time and I may get another 1-3 years out of the present one. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who was honest. You can bet I will refer my family and friends to Weather Engineers. You don't find service with honesty like this much these days. 5 star service!

I moved to this home 6 months ago. It had a 12 year old Tempstar AC unit. Suddenly this month my FPL bill skyrocketed. The Tech who serviced the unit said it was at the end of its cycle. I requested written estimates on Home Advisor, and from 2 companies that previous owner had paperwork from. After initial contact the 2 companies from Home Advisor never got back to me.

One of the companies i had paperwork on inspected it and in less than a minute told me I needed to replace the furnace and AC unit and it would cost about $ 8 k. He quickly left and I never heard back. So I texted him days later. Cost was now up to $ 9 k, and still no written estimate.

So I called up Weather Engineers, and Nathan called right back and explained they were super busy, they have been in business for 40+ years. He said my furnace had aluminum coated steel and should be good for another 13 years, and didn't need to be replaced, and that he would get me a written estimate. He also said both current units were operating with the same new generation refrigerant, so there should be no compatibility issues.

They were so busy it took a week to get back to me, but Nathan called and explained his choice and sent an e mail with information and links to YouTube videos on the unit he recommended - Trane 16 seer. And a complete written estimate with rebates and costs if paid by check or credit card.

I have a friend in Pennsylvania who is an HVAC engineer, and he suggested I use Carrier, what he uses in his home, as he believes they're more reliable. Nathan worked up 3 separate estimates for Trane, Carrier, and Bryant ( also made by Carrier ). I chose Carrier. Several days later his crew arrived to do the install.

After pumping out the refrigerant in the existing unit the crew discovered the new unit was dented and been damaged in the wholesalers warehouse. Nathan called me and said they would not install that unit. The crew pumped back the coolant, but I noticed the house wasn't cooling down. So after they left I called Nathan and he sent them back. They crew didn't grumble or say it's old equipment and that's the best they could do, they got it working again at peak efficiency.

Two days later they installed the new Carrier unit. I couldn't be happier. It's reasonably quiet, much more so than my neighbors 2 cycle Goodman. And I watched the installers, they did a thorough job welding tubes, and pressurizing the system. I asked them tons of questions and they were courteous and respectful and answered all my questions. They also installed a hose bib in my condensate line so I can flush it out monthly.
Am hoping this higher Seer unit will get my electric bill down to where it had been.

When this entire system needs replacing in another 12 years I'll only be calling Weather Engineers. They've got the knowledge and experience to do the job right. Their installers are super knowledgeable and friendly. You might have to wait a few days, but believe me it's worth the wait.

It's August in Florida, and my central AC conked out. I called Weather Engineers early in the morning, and they routed a tech to me by 1 PM. He got my system running by by passing a drain valve safety that was defective. The part is back-ordered and they will notify me as soon as it's in. I am cool and happy!

It was time to replace our old, inefficient central A/C. It was still working so we had time to shop for a new one. Multiple companys came and looked at the job then submited proposals. Sean Popovich of Weather Engineers proposal was the only one that contained everything we had discussed.
They had the brand we wanted with the highest SEER rating of anyone, at a good price. Inez and Justin came out shortly and spent the day removing the old unit, insulating around the air handler, resealed some duct work and installing the new unit. They were professional, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Weather Engineers.
