Excellent service. The techs were on time, competed the job in under the estimated time and did great job cleaning up. They were very careful not to damage/dirty anything in the house. Took time for a detailed explanation of how to program the thermostat. I highly recommend Weather Engineers.

Great service! The evaporator coil was frosted over. I called Weather Engineers and they had a tech to our house within an hour. The tech fixed the problem right away at a reasonable cost. Very knowledgeable crew from Debra, who answered the call and asked the right questions, to the tech, Casey who made the repair.

Weather Engineers came highly recommended by a well known individual in the world of home inspection. They are just great. Very professional, respectful, and extremely proficient. We couldn't be happier with the product...air conditioning unit-American Standard...and the price point.

The latest service call was no exception- the technician, Bill, was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He thoroughly checked the system and then changed the filter! Weather Engineers Provided The Best Customer Service Experience Ever!
We are new to the area and recently bought a home. The Saturday before last, at 2:00 PM, our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called W.E, they answered their phone, and had a Tech, Casey here within 45 minutes! He diagnosed the problem as a leak somewhere in the system. He gave us several options; the one we chose; was to replace the 15 plus y/o system.He put in coolant to hold us until Sean, the Salesperson came out on Monday.

Monday, the unit stopped working again, and Sean was here in 30 minutes. He was very personable as well as professional. He spent a bit of time finding out what was required, and quoted a very reasonable price. We had to be to at our Niece's wedding in two days, in addition the house was very hot. Sean said that he would do his best to put together the equipment and a three person team to get this done the next day.

At 7:45 AM the next day, Sean called to say that the team was on their way, and they had the A/C unit. They arrived and were working by 8:00 AM. They worked non-stop all day, redoing duct work, moving thermostats and replacing the entire unit. They completed the work by 3:00 PM, and the house was cool by 3:30 PM, absolutely, Incredible. Alex, Shawn and Ines, (the team), were professional, and very nice. They did a wonderful job; as did Casey and Sean.

Very professional, quick installation. From the time I contacted them, they were up front about the job and explained all the details about the best approach to replace our A/C unit. I was really impressed and would recommend Weather Engineers to my friends, family and neighbors.

We were extremely pleased with Weather Engineers. We called on a Wednesday morning stating that we had no air-conditioning and needed our entire unit replaced. We were told by Nathan that customers with no air were prioritized, and other customers were pushed back in order to allow us to have air-conditioning restored to our house in 90-degree weather. Within half an hour, Sean was at our door evaluating our needs and giving us an estimate. Late in the afternoon we called to tell them we wanted to go ahead. At 8 AM Thursday morning they showed up at our house timely and professional. It was an 11-hour job, and they completed it all in one day. By the end of the day, our house was cooling. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for air/heat service.
