Awesome experience! In less than 24 hours from the time our A/C broke Weather Engineers was on the job putting in our new unit. Nathan was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Our installer Alex was also very knowledgable and did an awesome job! I am recommending Weather Engineers to everyone!

This has been a great experience. I called when my compressor shut down. They had a tech out within 2 hours to diagnose my system. My system was having its issues so they put together a package for me to consider the next day. I got a few options with no up sale pressure. Once I picked the system they had a crew out to install the new system a few days later. The techs that came found other problems with my ducts and corrected the issues. They were very professional and friendly. The job started at 8 and was done by 4. This new system is a 1000 times better than the last and works great.

Our air conditioner broke and needed to be replaced the same week we were reeling from the deaths of two friends and coworkers. Our lives and schedules were quite chaotic, and I’m sure we were less than perfectly polite and impossible to schedule due to rapidly changing funeral arrangements, etc. YET. Weather Engineers had a new, better AC installed within days, at a very very reasonable price, and were polite, prompt, and professional. I really cannot thank them enough for the amazing service and perfect product. They truly came through for us at a very difficult time.

I contacted Weather Engineers based on some friend's and neighbor's recommendations to fix my A/C when it started blowing warm air. They came out and were very fair and honest with the initial service telling me that it looked like my 19 year old A/C unit was in need of replacing (even thought that was obviously not what I wanted to hear). After a short time it started blowing warm air again, so I took their recommendation to replace the entire unit. They communicated with me promptly, got out and replaced my entire A/C quickly and professionally. Matt and Inez were the 2 technicians who did the work and they were excellent, and most importantly respectful and professional. Again, Weather Engineers, specifically Nathan Iacobacci was more than fair with the pricing and took my recent service into consideration when pricing out the system replacement. They actually did more than I expected when it comes to being fair with pricing, so far as taking advantage of supplier discounts that happen to be available and passing those directly on to me. In summary, great company, great employees, and great experience. I would recommend to anyone.

My outside condensor unit needed to be replaced. The owner of the company called me and spent a lot of time explaining my options and also telling me things I should do to keep the new unit working at its peak and to protect it from the beachside salt air. The technician who installed the unit was very professional and polite and took time to explain to me how to flush the system. I have called this company several times since moving into my house in 2018. They have been prompt, courteous and fully equipped and prepared to solve my issue each time.
