Chris & his crew, especially Mike, are outstanding, we have used them for years & they have done everything from complete replacement of our duct work, new AC unit installation, installation of a mini-split and routine check ups. They are always professional, friendly and honest!

Chris is a great guy ... high energy and knows his business. We replaced two 1999 straight cool units with heat pump units ... got exactly the systems needed at very competitive prices, with a few discounts tossed in. Work was meticulous, support staff friendly, intangibles plentiful (totally cleaned up each day, double Duke Energy credit info and assist, referrals for other projects, thorough testing of entire system, patient tutoring, very responsive by phone and text). Project done slightly ahead of schedule ... I would recommend COMPLETE to friends and family without hesitation (already have).

Zach was right on time and very professional. He explained everything going on with the system and even took pictures for us to look at. One of them had nothing to do with the air conditioning but a possible problem in our roof. I love how they text you the day before who is coming and I got a text that Zack was on the way. Highly recommend this company.

Chris and his team came out to replace all the old ducting in my attic after a tornado hit our house. Mike worked hard to try and find the leak in my system, though after a couple hours of searching, he was unable to find it at this time. His knowledge of the system and friendly disposition was excellent and he provided me with some options on what do to next and we are going to wait and see how long this charge lasts after that we may isolate the system or run dye in the system if necessary.

It was unbelievable how soon Mike arrived after my call. He found our problem just as fast and fixed it for only a service fee. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call on them again.
